A clamp for a chain link wire fabric stretch bar, wherein two legs of the clamp are clamped with respect to one another by a carriage bolt with nut. Der zweite Schenkel 12 ver­läuft parallel zu dem ersten Schenkel 10. Am freien Ende des ersten Schenkels 10 ist ein Führungssteg 13 rechtwinklig abgebogen. Die Schenkel 10, 12, der Mittelsteg 11 und der Führungssteg 13 bilden so­mit einen im wesentlichen rechtkantigen Durchgang, in den der Linsen­kopf 7 der Schloßschraube 6 hineinragt. Dieser Durchgang dient zur Aufnahme einer nichtdargestellten Geflechtdrahtspannleiste. Der Schen­kel 12 ist gegenüber dem Linsenkopf 7 soweit vorgespannt und nachgie­big, daß die Geflechtdrahtspannleiste innerhalb des Durchganges fest­geklemmt ist.
