Abstract

An elevator system including a door post having inner and outer sides, and a hall lantern assembly fixed to the inner side. The door post includes a jamb defining upper and lower openings, and the hall lantern assembly includes upper and lower lenses which are resiliently biased to project through the upper and lower openings, respectively, in operating positions of the lenses. Um die Ab-Pfeillinse 32 wieder in die Normalposition zu bringen, wird die Auf-Pfeillinse 30 etwas hineingedrückt, wodurch alle zylinderischen Druckfedern zusammengedrückt werden und was nun erlaubt, die Ab-Pfeillinse 32 durch Hineingreifen mittels eines Werkzeuges 212 in die kleine Bohrung 118 hochzuziehen, wie dargestellt in der Figur 6.FIG. 8 is a side view similar to that in FIGS. 5 and 6, with the difference that both arrow lenses 30 and 32 are in the service position. In order to bring the down arrow lens 32 into the service position, the projection lens 116 is pushed all the way in through the opening 52 and, thanks to the low-friction linings 156 and 184, is pushed downward. Moving the down arrow lens 32 to the service position provides access to the lower portion of the electrical assembly 66 for replacement of the lamp 100 or lamp base 96. A screwdriver 210 illustrates the removal or replacement of the lamp base 96. Around the down arrow lens 32 to bring it back into the normal position, the up arrow lens 30 is pressed in a little, whereby all the cylindrical compression springs are pressed together and which now allows the down arrow lens 32 to be pulled up into the small bore 118 by reaching in with a tool 212, as shown in the figure 6.

Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass hier eine neue und verbesserte Weiterfahrts-Anzeigeeinrichtung gezeigt wird, welche so wohl in einem Kabinen- oder Schachttürpfosten, an irgend einer anderen Stelle sowohl bei seitwärts wie auch bei zentral öffnenden Türen eingebaut werden kann. Es werden weder eine sichtbare Deckplatte, noch sichtbare Verschlüsse und auch keine schwenkbare oder schnappbare Einrichtungen benötigt. Zusätzlich zum erleichterten Unterhalt der elektrischen Komponenten der Weiterfahrts-Anzeigeeinrichtung verhindert die offengelegte Konstruktion eine Beschädigung der Pfeillinsen. Wird beispielssweise in der Fabrikation ein Türpfosten mit den vorstehenden Pfeillinsen nach unten auf eine ebene Unterlage abgelegt, so werden die Pfeillinsen hineingedrückt, ohne beschädigt zu werden. In gleicher Weise bewirkt eine Krafteinwirkung auf die Pfeillinsen im montierten Zustand in der Kabine ebenfalls nur ein federndes Zurückweichen derselben und ein Herausspringen in Normalposition, ebenfalls ohne Beschädigung.In summary, it can be said that a new and improved continuation display device is shown here, which can be installed in a cabin or shaft door jamb, anywhere else, both with sideways and with centrally opening doors. Claims (11)

  1. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system, which equipment is installed in the entrance panelling of a shaft door or a cage door, wherein
    - the entrance panelling (26) displays a flat metal door post plate (48) with a rear side (56),
    - the flat metal door post plate (48) displays an upper (50) and a lower (52) opening of defined shape and reaching through from the front side (54) to the rear side (56) and wherein
    - the continued-travel arrows (28) are mounted on the rear side (56) of the flat metal door post plate (48), characterised thereby
    - that the continued-travel arrows (28) display an arrow lens guide plate (62), springs (196, 198, 200, 202), lamps (98, 100), an upper (30) and a lower (32) arrow lens each with a respective projection lens (116, 116') protruding through the upper (50) and the lower (52) opening of the flat metal door post plate (48),
    - that the arrow lens guide plate (62) in the main displays a flat inward surface (128) with an inner (130) and an outer (132) surface and wherein a lower (140) and an upper (142) penetrating opening is present in the inward surface (128),
    - that springs (196, 198, 200, 202) are present, which stand under bias and urge the outer surface (132) of the arrow lens guide plate (62) against the rear side (56) of the flat metal door post plate (48),
    - that the upper (30) and the lower (32) arrow lens are each clamped between the outer surface (132) of the arrow lens guide plate (62) and the rear side (56) of the flat metal door post plate (48),
    - that the upper (30) and the lower (32) arrow lens are both constructed to be movable inwardly against biassed springs (196, 198, 200, 202) under pressure on the projection lens (116, 116') together with the arrow lens guide plate (62) and
    - that inwardly pressed arrow lens (30, 32) are actuable into a service position, which gives access to the lamps (98, 100) through the openings (50, 52), by a vertical displacement in the arrow lens guide plate (62).
  2. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 1 and containing a shim plate (64) with an inner (166) and an outer (168) surface and an upper (170) and a lower (172) opening passing therethrough, characterised thereby,
    - the shim plate (64) is arranged between the rear side (56) of the flat metal door post plate (48) and the outer surface (130) of the arrow lens guide plate (62).
  3. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 1, characterised thereby,
    - that several threaded studs (174, 176, 178, 180), which are fastened on the rear side (56) of the flat metal door post plate (48), with spacer sleeves (188, 190, 192, 194) pushed thereover are present,
    - that the arrow lens guide plate (62) displays several round holes (146, 148, 150, 152), which by means of diametral play permit a slight displacement on the spacer sleeves (188, 190, 192, 194), and
    - that biassed springs (196, 198, 200, 202) are present, which are pushed over the spacer sleeves (188, 190, 192, 194) and urge the arrow lens guide plate (62) in the direction of the metal post plate (48).
  4. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 2, characterised thereby,
    - that several threaded studs (174, 176, 178, 180), which are fastened on the inner surface (168) of the shim plate (64), with spacer sleeves (188, 190, 192, 194) pushed thereover are present,
    - that the arrow lens guide plate (62) displays several round holes (146, 148, 150, 152), which by means of diametral play permit a slight displacement on the spacer sleeves (188, 190, 192, 194), and
    - that biassed springs (196, 198, 200, 202) are present, which are pushed over the spacer sleeves (188, 190, 192, 194) and urge the arrow lens guide plate (62) in the direction of the shim plate (64).
  5. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 2, characterised thereby,
    - that low-friction coatings (182, 184), which facilitate the displacement of the arrow lenses (30, 32) into the service position, are present in the inner side of the shim plate (64) and low-friction coatings (154, 156) are present on the outer surface (132) of the arrow lens guide plate (62).
  6. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 1, characterised thereby,
    - that the continued-travel arrows (28) display an electrical subassembly (66), in which electrical terminals (90) and an intermediate metal plate (78) each display a respective part of a repeatedly connectible and detachable loop-and-burr fastener (88, 92) and
    - that lampholders (94, 96), which are electrically connected with the electrical terminals (90), with lamps (98, 100) display fastening means (102), which are actuable in the service position of at least one arrow lens (30, 32).
  7. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 1, characterised thereby,
    - that the openings (50, 52) in the metal post plate (48) and the projection lenses (116, 116') of the arrow lenses (30, 32) display an equal and corresponding shape fitting one into the other.
  8. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 2, characterised thereby,
    - that the openings (50, 52) in the metal post plate (48), the openings (170, 174) in the shim plate (64) and the openings (142, 144) in the arrow lens guide plate (62) all display the same and congruent shape and dimension lying one behind the other.
  9. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 1, characterised thereby,
    - that the arrow lens guide plate (62) displays a vertical extent and has side walls (124, 126) which are bent up in the direction of the metal post plate (48) and serve as horizontal limitation as guide for the arrow lenses (30, 32), and
    - that the arrow lenses (30, 32) display a width which enables a slight vertical displacement within the bent-up side rims (124, 126).
  10. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 9, characterised thereby,
    - that the arrow lens guide plate (62) has horizontal upper and lower side rims (120, 122), which are bent-up in the direction of the metal post plate (48) and serve as abutment for the vertical movement of the arrow lenses (30, 32), and an U-profile (134) arranged horizontally in the centre and serving the same purpose.
  11. Continued-travel indicating equipment in a lift system according to claim 10, characterised thereby,
    - that the U-profile displays deformable lobes (139) adjusting the abutment point for the arrow lenses (30, 32).
