Die Erfindung betrifft einen Reflektor für einen Fahrzeugscheinwerfer mit den Merkmalen:
- der aus Blech hergestellte, schalenförmige Reflektor weist an seinem äußeren Rand einen umlaufenden, radial nach außen vorspringenden Flansch auf,
- der Flansch entspricht etwa in Größe und Form der den schalenförmigen Reflektor nach vorn hin abdeckenden Lichtscheibe,
- die Lichtscheibe ist auf den Flansch des Reflektors aufgesetzt und fest mit diesem verbunden,
- der Reflektor weist auf seiner Rückseite zumindest zwei Haltelappen auf, welche fest mit dem Flansch verbunden sind und deren freier, entgegen der Lichtaustrittsrichtung weisender und zur tragenden Befestigung des Reflektors dienender Endabschnitt zum äußeren Rand des Reflektorflansches zur optischen Achse hin beabstandet ist.The invention relates to a reflector for a vehicle headlight with the features:

Ein solcher Reflektor eines Fahrzeugscheinwerfers ist aus der DE-OS 16 55 732 bekannt. Die aus Reflektor und Lichtscheibe bestehende optische Einheit ist in ein schalenförmiges Gehäuse eingesetzt und liegt mit ihrem umlaufenden Rand an dem äußeren Randbereich des schalenförmigen Gehäuses an. Als Befestigungsmittel für die freien Endabschnitte der Haltelappen dienen an die Innenseite des Gehäuses angeformte Nasen, welche von den freien Endabschnitten der Haltelappen hintergriffen werden. Da die Nasen des Gehäuses und die freien Endabschnitte der Haltelappen in der Projektionsfläche der Lichtscheibe bzw. des Flansches des Reflektors liegen, sind sie von der Vorderseite des Scheinwerfers nicht zu sehen und vergrößern somit auch nicht die Abmessungen des von der Scheinwerferrückseite hin sich konisch verjüngenden Gehäuses. Bei einer solchen Ausführungsform müssen jedoch die Haltelappen mit einem gesonderten Werkzeug hergestellt werden und weiterhin ist auch ihre Montage umständlich und zeitaufwendig, da sie sich ineinander verhaken können und an dem Reflektorflansch genau zu positionieren sind. Wird letzteres nicht ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt, so ist es möglich, daß sich die optische Einheit schwer oder nicht mehr montieren läßt.Such a reflector of a vehicle headlight is known from DE-OS 16 55 732. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 beschriebenen Reflektor derart zu gestalten, daß er und die zur Befestigung der optischen Einheit dienenden Haltelappen einteilig hergestellt sind und es dabei wie bei dem aus der DE-OS 16 55 732 bzw. der DE-OS 24 17 029 bekannten Scheinwerfer möglich sein soll, die Befestigungspunkte der Haltelappen in die Nähe einer durch den Schwerpunkt der optischen Einheit gehenden Ebene zu legen, welche oftmals wegen der relativ schweren Lichtscheibe einen entsprechend kleinen Abstand zum Flansch des Reflektors aufweist. Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß
- die Haltelappen einstückig durch entsprechenden Freischnitt mit dem Flansch des Reflektors ausgeführt sind,
- die Haltelappen um eine quer zu ihrer Längsausdehnung verlaufende Biegelinie zur Rückseite des Reflektors hin gebogen sind,

Der Endabschnitt (11) der Haltelappen (9) weist ein Gewindeloch (12) auf, welches aus einem durch Verformung des Randes des Gewindeloches (12) gebildeten Gewindegang besteht, dessen Enden jeweils eine korrespondierende Schnittfläche (13) aufweisen. In das Gewindeloch (12) der Haltelappen (9) greift jeweils eine durch die öffnung (14) des Gehäuses (1) hindurchführende Schraube (16) ein, welche mit ihrem Kopf an dem Grund einer in die Außenseite des Gehäuses eingebrachten Mulde anliegt. Claims (6)
- der aus Blech hergestellte, schalenförmige Reflektor (2) weist an seinem äußeren Rand einen umlaufenden, radial nach außen vorspringenden Flansch (6) auf,
- der Flansch (6) entspricht etwa in Größe und Form der den schalenförmigen Reflektor (2) nach vorn hin abdeckenden Lichtscheibe (3),
- die Lichtscheibe (3) ist auf den Flansch des Reflektors (2) aufgesetzt und fest mit diesem verbunden,
- der Reflektor (2) weist auf seiner Rückseite zumindest zwei Haltelappen (9) auf, welche fest mit dem Flansch (6) verbunden sind und deren freier, entgegen der Lichtaustrittsrichtung weisender und zur tragenden Befestigung des Reflektors (2) dienender Endabschnitt (11) zum äußeren Rand des Reflektorflansches zur optischen Achse hin beabstandet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- die Haltelappen (9) einstückig durch entsprechenden Freischnitt mit dem Flansch (6) des Reflektors (2) ausgeführt sind,
- die Haltelappen (9) um eine quer zu ihrer Längsausdehnung verlaufende Biegelinie (10) zur Rückseite des Reflektors (2) hin gebogen sind,
- die Haltelappen (9) mit Ausnahme des Endabschnitts (11) durch Falten mit dem Flansch (6) des Reflektors (2) gedoppelt sind.1. Reflector for a vehicle headlight with the features:
