Abstract

Verfahren zum Verbinden eines vollständig hitzegehärte­ ten Polymers mit sich selbst oder mit einem anderen Ma­ terial durch Überziehen des Polymers mit einer Kleb­ stoffschicht aus einem vollständig hitzegehärteten Organosiloxanimid-Klebstoff, der ein organisches Peroxid enthält, und Aushärten des Klebstoffs unter Hitze, um diesen zu vernetzen. Als Polymer kann ein Polyimid, ein Polyphenylensulfid oder ein Polyether-etherketon verwen­ det werden. Es wird ein hitze- und lösungsmittelbestän­ diger, mit dem Polymer isolierter Draht erhalten.
