Abstract

Mit Hilfe dieses Prozeßleitverfahrens sollen die aktuel­ len arbeitenden Kaliberdurchmesser (Di) einer kontinu­ ierlichen Walzstraße mit mehreren Walzgerüsten (1,2,3,i) und Walzen (4 bis 9) mit Einzelantrieben sowie der Kali­ berverschleiß (dDi) selbsttätig erfaßt werden. Die Kali­ berdurchmesser werden laufend als Quotient aus der ak­ tuellen Stabgeschwindigkeit (vi) des Walzgutes (26) und der aktuellen Walzendrehzahl (ni · üi) ermittelt. Bei eingefahrener Walzstraße werden Referenz-Kaliberdurch­ messer (D0i) für jede Walze (4 bis 9) und jedes Walzge­ rüst (1 bis 3,i) erfaßt und gespeichert. Durch Diffe­ renzbildung zwischen dem Referenz-Kaliberdurchmesser (D0i) und dem aktuell arbeitenden Kaliberdurchmesser (Di) kann der Kaliberverschleiß laufend ermittelt wer­ den.
