Claims (8)
- Procédé pour fabriquer et assembler une cuve pour machines à laver, où ledit procédé établit que les éléments composants de ladite cuve sont accouplés l'un l'autre par des opérations d'agrafage et de rivetage, lesdits éléments composants comprenant un élément tubulaire (1), auquel il y a fixé une paroi postérieure (2) aussi que une flasque postérieure (8), et une flasque antérieure (3) à travers de laquelle on a défini une ouverture antérieure (13) de chargement de ladite machine à laver, ladite paroi postérieure (2) étant agrafée périmétralement audit élément tubulaire (1),
caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments composants comprennent en outre un élément d'accouplement supérieur (10) et un élément d'accouplement (11) de fond s'étendant entre lesdites flasques antérieure (3) et postérieure (8), et un anneau de fermeture (14), lesdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) étant accouplés à ladite flasque postérieure (8) par rivetage et à ladite flasque antérieure (3) par ledit anneau de fermeture (14) serrant les extrémités antérieures desdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) avec ledit élément tubulaire (1) et ledit élément tubulaire (1) avec ladite flasque antérieure par interposition d'une garniture annulaire en forme de O. - Procédé pour fabriquer et assembler une cuve selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé prévoit que ledit élément tubulaire (1) et ladite paroi postérieure (2) formant, tout ensemble avec ladite flasque antérieure (3) ladite cuve, sont accouplés l'un l'autre par des portions périmétrales correspondantes d'agrafage.
- Procédé pour fabriquer et assembler une cuve, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi pastérieure (2) comprend un évidement périmétral, où il y a engagé une portion périmétrale correspondante (7) de ladite flasque postérieure (8), qui est munie d'éléments de support pour supporter l'arbre d'un panier rotatif (9) de la machine à laver, ladite flasque postérieure (8) étant fixée périmétralement par lesdits éléments d'accouplement supérieur et inférieur (10, 11), embrassant les portions correspondantes d'extrémité de ladite flasque postérieure (8).
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend le stade de fixer ladite flasque postérieure (8) auxdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) par plusieurs rivets (15) qui sont appliqués à la portion d'extrémité de ladite flasque postérieure (8).
- Procédé selon les revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend le stade de fixer ladite flasque postérieure (8) auxdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) par plusieurs rivets (15) qui sont appliqués aux portions d'extrémité desdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) s'étendant sur une surface plate de ladite flasque postérieure (8).
- Cuve fabriquée par le procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant un élément tubulaire (1) qui est fermé devant par une flasque antérieure (3) et en arrière par une flasque postérieure (8) se trouvant en face du côté extérieur d'une paroi postérieure (2), ladite paroi postérieure (2) étant agrafée périmétralement audit élément tubulaire (1),
caractérisée en ce que ladite flasque antérieure (3) et ladite flasque postérieure (8) sont jointes par un élément d'accouplement supérieure (10) et par un élément d'accouplement inférieure (11) qui sont arrangés à l'extérieur dudit élément tubulaire (1), lesdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) étant rivetés à ladite flasque postérieure (8), les extrémités antérieures desdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) étant serrées avec ladite flasque antérieure (3) et ledit élément tubulaire (1) par un anneau de fermeture (14), entre ladite flasque antérieure (3) et ledit élément tubulaire (1) il y étant arrangé une garniture annulaire (12) en forme de O, à travers de ladite flasque antérieure (3) il y étant formé une ouverture (13) antérieure de chargement du linge. - Cuve selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11) sont munis de moyens de pesage (16) balancés, qui comprennent des plaques métalliques en forme de feuille encaissées dans un bloc de cément et présentant des saillies périmétrales qui peuvent être ancrées auxdits éléments d'accouplement (10, 11).
- Cuve selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'accouplement supérieur (10) est associé avec des éléments (17) en forme de ressort, ledit élément d'accouplement supérieur (10) supportant l'un desdits éléments de pesage supérieurs et comprenant une prise pour les dispositifs de réchauffage et de ventilation, ledit élément d'accouplement inférieur (11) étant dessiné pour supporter le moteur électrique (18) de la machine à laver, l'un desdits éléments inférieures de pesage (16) aussi que les plaques des dispositifs amortisseurs.
