Abstract

A door leaf comprises elements (16, 20, 22, 24, 26, 30) which can be assembled individually. For this purpose, at least one longitudinal side (22) of the frame of the door leaf can be spaced from at least one transverse side (26, 28, 30), while remaining connected to this side, and can pivot out of the plane of the door leaf.

Description

The invention relates to a door wing for closing a through opening in a wall or enclosure such as house and room doors, consisting of an outer frame, each having an outer fold outer longitudinal legs and upper and lower outer cross legs and optionally between these extending inner cross legs, with a filling between the legs is arranged.

Corresponding door leaves, which are also referred to as door in general parlance, can generally be produced mechanically and individually to the desired size.

Ein einmal zusammengesetzterer und verleimter Türflügel ist sodann in seinen Abmaßen nicht mehr veränderbar.DE-U-85 34 357 shows a door leaf which consists of individual parts which can be assembled on a construction site, for example, and which are glued together. The assembly on site should give the advantage that the width of the door can be adapted to the door opening, which often does not correspond to the specifications, with only an adjustment with regard to the width in Is being considered. Once a door wing has been assembled and glued, its dimensions can no longer be changed.

With these door leaves, it is possible to replace panels by removing the outer legs. In this way, fillings with a different appearance can be used. It is not possible to change the size or function of the door leaf.

The object of the present invention is to design a door leaf of the type mentioned at the outset such that a change in the door leaf is possible by simple measures, an adaptation which meets the requirements not only in terms of size but also in terms of design and function . An exchange of damaged parts should be as easy as changing the size. Furthermore, the door should be designed so that it can perform more functions than just closing a door opening.

The object is essentially achieved in that at least one outer longitudinal leg with permanent connection to at least the outer transverse legs can be spaced apart from them and pivoted out of the plane spanned by the door wing.

The teaching according to the invention creates the possibility with structurally simple means, for example to replace the filling of the door leaf and / or to arrange or exchange it in a cavity surrounded by the filling, for example soundproofing, heat insulation or armor means or electrical / electronic elements and / or loudspeakers .

The construction according to the invention also makes it possible to successively replace the cross legs without the door leaf having to be disassembled into its individual parts. With the door wing according to the invention, a change in size as well as in function can thus be carried out with simple means, without the need for complex disassembly and subsequent assembly.

The teaching of the invention also has the advantage that the size of the door can be changed easily by changing the size only individual transverse and / or longitudinal legs in succession, without the wing having to be dismantled into its individual parts .

The door wing according to the invention can be purchased as an assembled unit or as a kit. The latter means that the type of door is individually put together from existing and stocked individual parts and insert elements upon purchase.

The door wing according to the invention also allows you to grow with the family or with the size of your apartment or with your wallet, i.e., in the beginning, the door wing in the child's room in the simplest version, later on via a workplace for the school age and then z. B. be converted to a soundproof door, only a simple change or replacement of the existing design elements between the legs are required.

To enable the latter, it is particularly provided that an inner frame is inserted into the inner groove running in the legs, which has at least two circumferential inner grooves running parallel to one another, into which the filling consisting of plate-shaped elements can be inserted. The Accordingly, elements delimit a cavity in which the design elements mentioned above as examples can be introduced.

The connection between the outer and the inner frame is preferably made via terminal strips which can be introduced into mutually facing grooves in the frame. A suitable construction ensures that the filling with the inner frame remains in the exact position in the outer frame even when the door leaf is used frequently.

In other words, the inner frame is a so-called multi-function rail, through which the appearance and function of the door can be changed. The multi-function rail also enables the previously lost space in the doorway to be used. The door leaf according to the invention therefore not only has the task of closing a door opening.

In order to enable the spacability of at least one longitudinal leg to the transverse legs, according to a further proposal of the invention to be emphasized, it is provided that the longitudinal leg (s) are connected to the transverse legs via articulated connecting elements which have cylindrical or rod-shaped first and second sections which in the legs to be connected run that a section has a horizontally extending slot into which a web extending from the other section projects, and that for pivoting the web in the slot is penetrated by a horizontally extending pin serving as a pivot axis. Furthermore, it is provided that the section extending in the cross leg preferably has two spaced-apart threaded sections which penetrate a holding element which extends from the outer longitudinal side of the cross leg and which has an internal thread which interacts with the threaded sections. This teaching ensures with simple means that the longitudinal leg (s) can be removed from the rest of the door leaf frame without the individual parts falling apart. The spaced-apart threaded sections ensure that when the longitudinal leg is folded away, the articulated connecting element cannot slip out of the holding element.

Finally, the invention is also characterized in that at least the outer longitudinal and transverse limbs having the folds are first profile strips cut to the desired extent, that the non-cut profile strips have the fold on one longitudinal edge and the front edges and the groove on the remaining longitudinal edge, and that there is a coverable recess in the central region of the edge of the profile strip which has the fold. The last-mentioned partial feature ensures, among other things, that the lock can be arranged at standard height regardless of the height of the door. At the same time, the door can either open on the left or on the right side.

It should be particularly pointed out once again that the teaching according to the invention differs from the known prior art in that a finished door leaf can be changed to the desired extent, that is to say that the finished door leaf can subsequently be modified in terms of its size and / or its function or customizable according to wishes. When widening a finished door leaf, it is therefore only necessary that one longitudinal leg is removed to the extent that the cross legs are successively replaced and replaced by new or the same, but smaller cross legs. The panels can also be replaced without having to disassemble the entire door leaf. In all of these change options, there is preferably between those to be solved, but not damaged leg and the rest of the door wing a permanent connection, the z. B. can be done with the articulated connections already mentioned.

The change in the finished door leaf according to the invention should also not be confused with the sufficiently known measures which provide for the grinding or cutting off of a section of the door leaf. This not only causes damage to the original door leaf, but only a reduction in size is also possible through these measures. In addition, the door wing remains in its unit during these manipulations and only by "destroying" the original door wing is it possible to downsize.

Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen und den diesen zu entnehmenden Merkmalen -für sich und/oder in Kombination-.Embodiments of the invention result from the claims and the features to be extracted from them - individually and / or in combination.

In Fig. 1, a door leaf (10) is shown, which consists of an outer frame (12), two inner frames (14) and (16) and two door leaf panels (18) and (20) introduced into them. The outer frame (12) is composed of side legs (22) and (24), an upper and a lower cross leg (26) and (28) and an inner cross leg (30) running parallel to these. The legs (22), (26) and (26), (24) and (24), (28) and (22), (30) and (24) are assembled in the butt joint. The connection between the outer cross legs (26), (28) and the side legs (22), (24) takes place in particular by means of an articulated connection according to FIG. 10, whereas the connection between the inner cross leg (30) and the side legs is carried out via dowels (48).

The side leg (22) is releasably connected to the cross legs (26), (28) and (30) in the exemplary embodiment. This has been accomplished in FIG. 1 by way of example by means of indicated articulated connections which are provided with the reference numerals (32) and (34) and correspond in structure to those of FIG. 10.

At least the side legs (22) and (24) and the upper cross leg (26) have a fold (36), (38) and (40) on their outer edges in order to tightly close a frame.

The e.g. cast legs (22), (24), (26), (28) and (30) can have a grain that is predetermined by the silicone shape. This is obtained by casting from a wooden template. Liquid polyurethane, which has the desired grain after hardening and removal from the mold, is then preferably poured into the silicone mold itself. Subsequently, the profile strips only have to be painted so that there is a material effect that is indistinguishable from real wood, and even higher impact resistance and service life are achieved.

The door leaf (10) can be taken apart in such a way that the fillings (18) and (20) are interchangeable. For this there is the possibility, in the exemplary embodiment, of removing the side leg (22) from the other legs in order to either replace or renew the inner frame (14) and / or (16) or the filling (18) and / or (20). It is not necessarily necessary that an inner frame and then the filling be introduced into the outer frame; rather, a filling can be inserted directly into the outer frame, as has been illustrated in FIG. 2.

In the description of the further figures, the same elements are provided with the same reference symbols.

The legs (22), (24), (26), (28) and (30) each have a groove in their inner edges (provided with the reference symbol (42) in FIG. 5), into which either one directly Filling (filling (44) and (46) according to FIG. 2) or the inner frames (14) and (16) (according to FIGS. 1, 3 and 4) are introduced. For this purpose, the possibility is created that at least one side leg - in the exemplary embodiment the side leg (22) - can be removed from the other door wing legs. Then the fillings (44) and (46) are freely accessible so that they can be replaced or e.g. can be turned. The leg (22) is then connected to the cross legs (26), (28) and (30) in accordance with the direction of the arrow shown, the connection to the inner cross leg (30) via dowels (48) and to the upper and lower cross legs (26 ) and (28) via in particular articulated connecting elements.

From Fig. 3 it can be seen that not only the fillings (18) and (20), but also, if necessary, the inner frames (14) and (16) are interchangeably arranged in the outer frame (12). The exchange or turning of the fillings (18) and (20) and the subsequent assembly of the door leaf (12) can be seen clearly from the drawing. It can be seen that the side cross leg (22) must first be removed in order to subsequently exchange or turn the door panels (18) and (20) in legs of the inner frame (14) and (18) which are not identified in any more detail. Then the side leg (22) is connected to the transverse leg (26), (28) and (30) in the usual way.

From Fig. 3 you can also see that the legs of the inner frame (14) and (18) in real miter, whereas the legs of the outer frame (12) butt butt.

The exchange of the inner frame (14) or (16) is explained in particular with reference to FIG. 4. It can be seen that the individual legs - in the drawing the legs (50) - are detachably inserted into the inner groove (52) of the upper transverse leg (26). The arrangement of the further legs of the inner frames (14) and (18) is accomplished accordingly. Before the side legs (22) with the side legs (54) and (56) already inserted, the inner frames (14) and (16) with the cross legs (26), (28) and (30) are plugged together, the inner frames ( 14) and (16) introduced a filling, not shown, which can optionally also be made of glass. However, a wooden structure, as indicated with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, should be preferred.

It can be seen that the side leg (22) has a fold (36). Since the side leg (22) is basically the outer one, that is to say the one that is not provided with door hinges, a lock will be introduced in the area of the fold (36). For this purpose, it is provided that in the manufacture of the legs (22), (24), (26), (28) and (30) consisting of profile elements, a coverable recess is made in the central region thereof, into which a lock (not shown) can be inserted. The length of the recess is chosen so that the lock can be arranged at standard height regardless of the height of the door. The inner groove (42) provided on the inner edge of the side leg (22) can now directly accommodate a filling (not shown) or indirectly a leg (58) of the inner frame (14). For this purpose, the leg (58) has a projection (60) which is designed as a fillet, the edges of which abut the bottom of the inner groove (42). The width of the projection (60) also corresponds to that Width of the groove (42). In order to enable the leg (58) to be securely attached to the side leg (22), in the exemplary embodiment the side edges (62) and (64) of the leg (58) partially grip the side surfaces (66) and (68) of the leg (22) .

The inner leg (58) in turn now has three grooves (70), (72) and (78) on the inside. The outer grooves (70) and (72) can be symmetrical to the plane in which the circumferential inner groove of the legs (22), (26), (24) and (30) lies, a portion of which the groove (42) forms. The arrangement of the grooves (70) and (72) of the inner leg (58) opens up the possibility of designing the filling of the door leaf (10) as a cassette. For this purpose, the filling (18) consists of panels (74) and (76) which are introduced into the grooves (70) and (72) and are spaced apart from one another.

A further panel (80) is introduced into the central groove (78) so that the cavity existing between the outer panels (74) and (76) is subdivided. The board (80) can consist of sound or heat insulation material. The panel (80) can also be replaced by armor. It is also possible to install switches (82), loudspeakers or other electrical / electronic components in the cavity between the outer panels (74) and (76), so that there is a multi-functionality that is not visible to the outside of the door. The bar (58) therefore serves as a multi-function bar.

The same reference numerals are provided for the same elements. The connection between the leg (22) and the leg (58) takes place in the exemplary embodiment by means of a clamping strip (45) which is in the groove (42) of the leg (22) on the one hand and in a groove (43) assigned to this groove on the other hand is clampable in the leg (58). To this It is thus possible to assemble and hold the legs (22) and (58) with simple means without the need to produce fillets or the like which may be difficult in terms of production technology.

According to the embodiment of FIG. 6, the strip (58) is provided with three projections (84), (86) and (88) which extend in the direction of the leg (22) and which are provided in or by corresponding grooves (90), ( 92) and (94) can be determined. As a result, a higher stability when fixing the bar (58) can be achieved in particular if the panel (80) inserted into the cavity between the panels (74) and (76) is made of z. B. heavy material such as armor.

Embodiments to be particularly emphasized are shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 and 11 and 12. The longitudinal leg (22), which has a door handle (96), is also connected to the transverse legs (26) and (28) via articulated connections (98) and (100). These enable the leg (22) to be pivoted or folded away from the transverse legs (24) and (26) without the connection being broken. This ensures that the legs (26) and (28) remain in their position, so that in the unspecified grooves of the legs (24), (26) and (28) desired fillings and optionally transverse legs (30) and Inner frame (14) and (16) can be used.

Both longitudinal legs (22) and (24) are preferably connected to the transverse legs (26) and (28) via corresponding articulated connections (98) and (100), so that, for example, the width dimensions of the doors are considerably reduced for transport. The articulated connections (98) and (100) are designed in such a way that the longitudinal legs (22) and (24) are pivoted to the transverse legs (26) and (28) by 180 °, as is illustrated by FIG. 8.

A suitable type of connection makes it possible to easily replace fillings which are detachably arranged in the frame legs. So only the longitudinal leg (22) has to be folded away from the transverse legs (26) and (28) in order to make the filling (20) freely accessible. The filling (20) and / or the cross leg (30) can then be exchanged. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9, the filling (18) has already been removed.

The structure of the door leaf (10) according to the invention makes it possible to use it not only as a pure door. 11, the filling (18) is designed as a tool cabinet, from which an outer panel (102) can be opened. The lower filling (20) has a table (104) which can be pivoted about the horizontal in the region of the transverse leg (20) and serves as a table top.

(154).10 shows a detail of the connection between the cross leg (26) and the longitudinal leg (22) or (24). The connection takes place via the articulated connection elements designated in FIG. 1 with the reference numerals (32) and (34) and in FIG. 8 with the reference numerals (98) and (100), which in FIG. 10 with the reference numerals (108) and (110). The articulated connecting elements or dowels (108) and (110) each consist of two cylindrical sections (116), (118) or (120) and (122) which can be pivoted relative to one another about a vertical axis (112) or (114). which each run in correspondingly adapted bores (124), (126), (128) and (130) of the legs. The in the longitudinal legs (22) and (24) extending sections (116) and (120) have horizontally extending slots (132) and (134) in their inner end faces, into which outgoing sections (118) and (122) which can be inserted in the transverse leg (26) are also horizontal protruding web-shaped projections (134) and (136) and (138) protrude, which in turn can be pivoted about the axes (112) and (114) in the slots (132) and (134) by means of unspecified pins. The sections (118) and (122) extending in the bores (126) and (128) of the transverse leg (26) have threaded sections (140), (142) and (144) and (146) spaced apart from one another. The sections (118) and (122) pass through with a still connected cross leg (26) and longitudinal leg (22) or (24) a cylindrical holding element (148) which is detachable from the outer longitudinal side (150) of the cross leg (26) and can be rotatably inserted therein. The cylindrical element (148) has internally threaded bores (156) and (158) which are adapted to the threads (140), (142) or (144) and (146). Between the thread sections (140), (142) or (144) and (146) there is a smooth section (152) or (154).

The bores (124) and (130) in the longitudinal leg (22) and (124) extend from the outer longitudinal side (160) so as to introduce the articulated connection elements (108) and (110).

The threaded sections (140) and (144) are screwed into the internal threads of the bores (156) and (158) as soon as the longitudinal leg (22) or (24) is to be connected to the transverse leg (26). If folding away with a permanent connection is desired, the joint connecting elements (108) and (110) are loosened in such a way that only the external thread sections (142) and (146) can change with the internal threads. The length of the smooth section (152) or (154) dictates the spacing of the longitudinal and transverse legs.
