Durch die Erhitzung dieser Pulverlack­schicht wird der Härter aktiviert, so daß nach der Verteilung des Pulverlackmaterials dieses aushärtet und trocknet. Anschließend gelangt das Bandblech in eine Kühlstation 17, die ebenfalls als tunnelartige Durchlauf­kammer ausgebildet ist. Hier wird das Bandblech mittels Luft, die aus Ausblasedüsen 18 austritt, gekühlt. Verfahren zum beschichten von bahnförmigen Bandblechen mit Pulverlack, die auf eine Bandrolle aufgewickelt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bahnförmige Bandblech von der Rolle abgewickelt und zunächst vorbehandelt und getrocknet wird, daß auf das bewegte Bandblech der Pulverlack in fließfähigem Zustand mit einer Temperatur, die unterhalb der Reaktionstempera­tur des Härters liegt, unmittelbar aufgetragen und auf das Bandblech aufgepreßt wird und daß dann die aufgebrachte Pulverlackschicht durch Wärmeeinwirkung auf eine Temperatur oberhalb der Reaktionstemperatur des Härters gebracht und damit verflüssigt und gleichmäßig verteilt und zum Aushärten gebracht wird, worauf das Bandblech gekühlt und zu einer Bandrolle aufgewickelt wird.1.
