  • the tamper evidencing band 28 is connected to the plastic ring 10 by a set of bridges, which remain in place after an interrupted weakening groove has been carried out around the whole circumference of the ring 10 of the composite closure cap. Obviously, the bridges fasten the band 28 to the plastic ring 10 and are broken upon the opening of the packing.
  • a jut 32 is provided on the outer surface of the plastic ring 10, designed to be engaged by the thumb of the person who desires to open the packing. In fact, by acting on the jut 32, one can cause the projections 22 to jump over the bead 24 and therefore the composite cap to be disengaged from the container.
  • the continuous circumferential tab 30 is resilient enough to bend and then to snap, after having jumped over the bead 24 of the container 26, when the composite cap is applied to the container upon the closure of the packing, but, at the same time, having a continuous shape along its whole circumference, it provides the tampering evidencing band 28 with a stiffening feature, which allows it to certainly separate from the plastic ring 10 upon the removal of the cap to open the packing, when the continuous circumferential tab 30 remains locked under the bead 24.
  • the tamper evidencing band 28 is immediately torn away from the plastic ring 10, whereas the separate metal cover 12 remains in its place on the mouth of the container 26, since its circumferential edge 20 is not immediately engaged by the shoulders 18.

Claims (3)

  1. Verbundverschlußkappe, bei der ein Metallabdeckungs- oder -paneelabschnitt (12) von oben her in einen seitlichen Ring- oder Saumabschnitt (10) eingesetzt ist, der aus Kunststoff geformt ist und an dessen gegenüberliegendem Ende sich mittels zerstörbarer Brücken ein Band (28) zum Nachweis von Manipulationen anschließt, wobei eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (22) um den Umfang herum so an der Innenfläche jenes Ringabschnittes angeordnet ist, daß sie mit einem Wulst (24) des Behälters (26) zusammenwirkt, um jenen Behälter dicht zu halten, und wobei ein für den Adeckungsabschnitt (12) vorgesehenes Gehäuse von einem durchgehenden Umfangswulst (16) im oberen Teil jenes Ringabschnittes sowie von einem Ansatzabschnitt (18) begrenzt ist, der im unteren Teil jenes Ringabschnittes (10) radial zu dessen Innenseite hin vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jene Verriegelungsvorrichtung aus einer Anzahl von Vorsprüngen (22) besteht, die an einem Kreis im Inneren des Kunststoffringabschnittes (10) vorgesehen sind und sich radial zur Innenseite des Ringabschnittes (10) hin erstrecken, wobei die Anzahl jener Vorsprünge (22) vier beträgt und sie gleichmäßig an jenem Kreis entlang im Inneren des Ringabschnittes (10) verteilt sind, wobei jener Ansatzabschnitt (18) vier gleichmäßig an einem Kreis entlang im Inneren jenes Ringabschnittes (10) verteilte Ansätze umfaßt und jene vier Ansätze in Draufsicht zu jenen vier Vorsprüngen versetzt sind und mit diesen abwechseln, und daß an der Außenfläche des Ringabschnittes mindestens eine Lasche (32) vorgesehen ist, die so konzipiert ist, daß man mit ihr den Behälter von Hand öffnen kann.
  2. Verbundkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer jener Ansätze an der Innenseite jenes Ringabschnittes (10) an einer Stelle vorgesehen ist, an deren Außenseite jene mindestens eine Lasche (32) vorgesehen ist.
