Vorderbacken, der zur Halterung eines einzusetzenden Skischuhs mit zwei seitlichen Winkelhebeln versehen ist, die gegen die Kraft einer Auslösefeder ausschwenkbar sind, welche in einem an einer Grundplatte befestigten Gehäuse unterge­bracht und von einer Zugstange durchsetzt ist, wobei zwischen den beiden Winkelhebeln am Gehäuse ein Sohlenniederhalter an­goerdnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kürzere Arm je­des Winkelhebels (215a bzw. 215b) über eine im unteren Be­reich des Gehäuses (205) an einer ersten Schwenkachse (209) angelenkte Rastschwinge und über die Zugstange (207) von der Auslösefeder (206) beaufschlagt ist, und daß das Gehäuse (205), wie an sich bekannt, in dem vom Sohlenniederhalter (213) ab­gelegenen Bereich um eine weitere, an der Grundplatte (201) befestigte Schwenkachse (204) begrenzt hochschwenkbar ist und mittels einer an der Grundplatte (201) befestigten Rast­kurve (211), an der die Rastschwinge (210) anliegt, in der Fahrtstellung gehalten ist (Fig. 3 und 4).2.
