La demanderesse a déjà proposé dans ses brevets FR-A-2555722 ou US-A-4706614 un dispositif de suspension d'un faisceau de tubes horizontaux dans un plan vertical, comprenant des paires de tubes verticaux munis sur leurs côtés se faisant face de demi-ailettes de profil comprenant des échancrures de forme circulaire, de rayon un peu supérieur à celui des tubes du faisceau, et d'écartement égal à celui de ces tubes, séparés par des languettes de largeur suffisamment grande pour assurer un bon support des tubes du faisceau, mais suffisamment faible pour assurer une bonne conduction thermique de leur bord à leur zone de soudure au tube vertical correspondant. Dans un tel dispositif, les tubes horizontaux ne sont reliés aux tubes verticaux de support par aucune soudure et ont une certaine liberté de déplacement par rapport aux ailettes.
