Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schutzstopfen für Abflußrohre, vornehmlich bei der Sanitärinstallation von Neubauten bzw. bei Altbausanierungen.The invention relates to a protective plug for drain pipes, primarily in the sanitary installation of new buildings or in old building renovations.

Bislang war es im allgemeinen üblich, nach Verlegen der Abflußrohre für den Anschluß eines Spültisches oder Waschbeckens die betreffende, zuvor bereits in der Wand verlegte Rohrleitung bzw. deren Öffnung mit Knüllpapier o. dgl. auszustopfen, damit beim späteren Verputzen oder Verfliesen der Wand keine Mörtelverschmutzungen o.ä. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Schutzstopfen besteht in seinem Grundaufbau aus einem rotationssymmetrischen, mehrere Durchmeserabstufungen 1a, 1b, 1c aufweisenden Zapfen und ist somit für in einer Wand "W" verlegte Abflußrohre "R" unterschiedlichen Durchmessers ein­setzbar. In spezieller baulicher Ausgestaltung ist dabei vorgesehen, daß der neuerungsgemäße Stopfen als Hohlkörper mit vorzugsweise gleicher Wandstärke "s" im Bereich jeder der Abstufungen 1a, 1b, 1c ausge­bildet ist, wobei die gegenseitigen Übergänge "ü" letzterer 1a, 1b, 1c gefast, geneigt oder ausgerundet verlaufen und sich somit gut in die Rohrenddichtung "D" einfügen. Um in dieser Einbaulage nun auch Spül­vorgänge für die Rohrleitungen "R" durchführen zu können, ist erfindungsgemäß weiterhin vorgesehen, daß die an sich geschlossen ausgebildete Stirnseite 2 der kleinsten Durchmesserstufe 1c ggf. zusätzlich noch mit sternförmig oder ähnlich verlaufenden Ein­kerbungen 3 versehen ist, wobei die Wandstärke "s₁" der Stirnseite 2 wesentlich kleiner als diejenigen "s" der Abstufungen 1a, 1b, 1c gehalten wird, so daß die gekerbte Stirnseite 2 und 3 leicht durchstoßen werden kann, z.B. zum Einführen eines Spülschlauches. Claims (3)

1. Schutzstopfen für Abflußrohre, vornehmlich bei der Sanitärinstallation von Neubauten bzw. bei Altbausanierungen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stopfen (1) aus einem rotationssymmetrischen, mehrere Durchmesserabstufungen (1a, 1b, 1c) auf­weisenden Zapfen besteht.
