Description

The invention relates to a device on a Card with a moving lid with a set provided flat bars, at least one endless flexible belt for propelling the flat bars is present and in which the flat bars slide with both ends on slide guides and then on the one opposite the slide guides Side can be returned.

In practice, the flat bars are made with two Cover chains pulled over the slide guides that each at the two outer ends (cover heads) the flat bars are attached. The attachment the flat chain on a flat bar is done in each case through a cover screw that runs axially through a bush at the joint point of the chain into a Hole with internal thread engages in the lid head. The insertion of the internal thread on the front the lid head is complex to manufacture. Another disadvantage is that the Cover screw with a certain torque must be tightened, what during assembly, z. B. after a reorganization or the like. Time consuming is.

It has already been proposed (DE-PS 1 115 621), the cover chain by a toothed flat belt or to replace a ribbon. The ribbon comes with one on each lid head Clamp plate attached by a screw, being the clamping plate slides over the sliding elbow. manufacturing and assembly of this proposal also very expensive. Moreover bothers that the screw fastening of the Tape on the lid heads in the same way as for the flat chain, the replacement of the flat bars, especially during operation fast and easy way is not possible.

In contrast, the object of the invention based on a device of the type described Kind of creating the disadvantages mentioned avoids the particular simple manufacture and assembly allowed and quick replacement the flat bars enables.

This task is solved by Features of claim 1.

Through the direct positive engagement of the belt with the cover heads (external Ends of the flat bars) is the use of additional fasteners such as Screws and The like. Not required. Thereby the manufacture and assembly of the flat bars in considerably simplified. Be in operation the ends of the flat bars by positive locking between the strap and the top of the lids the slide guides pulled forward and at Return transport on the opposite side of the sliding guides The side of the revolving cover lies Lid heads on the belt loosely and can Removed and replaced freely from there become. The flat bars also fall when loose Support on the belt not from the belt, because it engages with the belt stand.
