Abstract

A clamping bar for the rotor blades (3) of impeller wheels in blasting or crushing devices. The side edges of the rotor blades (3) can be pushed into radial grooves of the wheels of the rotor. The clamping bar (1) is supported against a cylinder bolt (5) connecting the two wheels and against an extension (3a) on the rear side of the blade (3) and has grooves with a bow spring (6) which can be inserted into these grooves. One end of the bow spring (6) is secured against the clamping bar (1) for securing the blade (3) in the impeller wheel. In this arrangement, the body of the clamping bar forms an L-shaped angle piece which has bearing surfaces (1a and 2a) running approximately at right angles to one another, and these bearing surfaces (1a and 2a) run out into a sloping surface (4) which can be put onto the extension (3a) of the blade (3). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a clamping bolt for the throwing blades of disc rotors in jet or comminution devices, the side edges of which can be inserted into radial grooves of the discs, the clamping bolt being supported against a cylinder bolt connecting the discs and against a shoulder on the blade rear with grooves has inserted in this bow spring, one end of which is fixed against the clamping bolt and the other end of which acts on the back of the blade between the shoulder and the radial outer edge of the blade and thus fixes the blade in the rotor.

A known clamp bolt of this type (DE-PS 23 56 226) consists of a cast clamp body, which has a rectilinear arm part, the flat outside facing the back of the blade in the installed state of the clamp bolt and in the area of the approach of the back of the blade one that can be placed thereon Inclined surface. In this area, the arm part merges into a partially cylindrically curved arm attachment, and the arm part and arm attachment are also equipped with partially cylindrical surfaces which encompass the cylinder bolt connecting the disks of the rotor. On the side of the arm heels and in the curved arm base of the curvature, the following grooves are inserted to accommodate the bow spring. When the clamp bolt is installed, the U-shaped bow of the bow spring acts on the back of the blade, and the two spring ends, inserted into the side shoulders and grooves, are arched up to the end of the arched heel, following the curvature, and each bent at two angles, attached to cams provided at the end of the arm base.

Although this known clamp bolt has proven itself in practical operation, it has a number of disadvantages in its manufacture and use. The clamping bolt body consisting of the straight arm part and the partially cylindrical, curved arm attachment can only be cast in divisible casting molds with lower and upper boxes, the partial casting plane running radially in the center of the curved arm attachment. The cast body therefore requires a relatively large amount of cleaning work, since the resulting burrs, particularly within the curved arm base, are difficult to access. The curved part of the correspondingly curved part of the bow spring to be inserted into the grooves of the arched arm attachment permits only slight tolerance deviations, since it is otherwise difficult to insert into the grooves. If blasting agent residues get stuck between the tongue and the groove walls, which is unavoidable during blasting operation, the movable spring part acting on the back of the blade is shortened and the effect of the tongue is thus impaired. If the spring arch acting on the back of the blade breaks, the resulting two spring remnants often fall out of the grooves of the clamping bolt body, and the resulting loosening of the clamping bolt and the fixing of the blade in the rotor lead to considerable malfunctions.

DieseThe invention has for its object to eliminate the disadvantages listed above. This object is achieved in that the clamping bolt body forms an L-shaped angle piece which has approximately flat outer surfaces which run approximately at right angles to one another and run out into an inclined surface which can be placed on the shoulder of the blade. These

Form of embodiment allows the clamping bar body to be cast without a partial casting plane, since one of the flat outer surfaces of the clamping bar body can form the top of the mold; there is the further advantage of a considerably smaller space requirement of the cast body in the mold. For processing after casting, only external flat surfaces need to be sanded.

Only the L-arm of the thus cast L-shaped contra-angle, which faces away in the installed state of the locking bar on the back of the blade, can, as the invention further provides, lateral shoulders for receiving the sides and at the free end a corner or semicircular groove for receiving the arc of the Bow springs have the effect that springs with significantly lower tolerance accuracy can be used. The bow spring can then, as the invention further provides, have a pair of spring eyes which can be plugged onto lateral cam lugs of the L-arm of the clamping bolt body facing the back of the blade in the installed state, so that the two free ends and not the bow of the bow spring act on the back of the blade. These free ends can be bent away from the back of the blade in the installed state of the locking bolt. The pair of spring eyes extends the spring travel considerably, and if one or both spring ends break, the locking action of the locking bolt for the rotor blade is retained, since the remaining remnants of the spring ends still act on the rear of the blade.

  • Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht von Fig. 1.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawing. The drawing shows in
  • Fig. 1 seen the clamp bolt in the installed state from the side and in
  • FIG. 2 shows the side view of FIG. 1.

The clamp bolt body consists of an L-shaped angle piece with the L-arms 1 and 2, of which L-arm 1 faces the blade designated 3 of the rotor, not shown, and L-arm 2 faces away. The two flat outer surfaces 1a and 2a of the L-arms 1 and 2 run towards each other into an inclined surface 4 which is placed on the shoulder 3a of the blade 3. On the back, the L-arm 1 is supported with a partially cylindrical surface 1c against the cylinder bolt 5 connecting the rotor disks, not shown. The L-arm 2, which is wider than the L-arm 1, thus forms shoulders on both sides and a corner groove 2c at its end. In this the bow spring 6 is inserted with its bow 6a and the subsequent spring arms 6b, which merge in the area of the inclined surface 4 in spring eyes 6c, which are attached to the cam lugs 1d of the L-arm 1 and run into the spring ends 6d, which from the Back of the blade 3 are bent away.

As can be seen, the clamping bar body can be cast in such a way that the underside of the L-arm 2 lies in the plane of the mold top when cast, so that a split mold is not required. The arch 6a of the bow spring 6 is protected against blasting agent exposure and is not connected to the back of the blade 3. In the subsequent course, the spring 6 cannot be jammed by the remnants of the blasting agent, since the shoulders of the L-arm 2, which guide the spring, are open laterally and upwards. The spring ends 6d are not guided; they move along the two sides of the L-arm 1, the same applies to the spring eyes 6c, which are only loosely attached to the cam lugs 1d.
