Abstract

Auf ein Substrat (1) wird die Substanz aufgeschmolzen, beheizt und durch ein perforierten Zylinder (3) auf das Substrat (1) aufgebracht. An diesem Zylinder (3) haftet das Substrat (1) über eine gewisse Strecke, bevor es abgezogen wird. Diese Haftung des Substrates am Zylinder (3) wird bestimmt und als Steuersignal für die Regelung der Beheizung der Substanz verwendet.
