Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Einbringen von festen Stoffen in das Schmelzgefäß (O) eines Elektrolichtbogenofens mittels eines Be­ schickungskorbs (B). Kennzeichen der Erfindung ist, daß vor den durch die Nachbarschaft der Elektroden (E) besonders hoch thermisch belasteten Wandabschnitten (W) des Schmelzgefäßes (O) gezielt zusätzliche Materialan­ häufungen vorgenommen werden.
