Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank gemäß dem Oberbegriff des ersten Anspruchs.The invention relates to a refrigerator or freezer according to the preamble of the first claim.

Bei einem bekannten Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank dieser Art siehe US-A-2 311 411 sitzt an einer Seitenwand eines Innenbehälters eine waagerecht verlaufende Führungsleiste, die im wesentlichen C-förmig im Querschnitt ausgebildet ist. Diese Führungsleiste dient zur verschiebbaren Halterung einer nur einseitig geführten verkürzten Kühlgutablage. Dementsprechend befindet sich nur an einem Seitenrand dieser verkürzten Kühlgutablage ein Haltemittel, das als langgestreckte Führungsschiene ausgebildet und in Längsrichtung in die angepaßte, C-förmige Führungsleiste einzuschieben ist. Das Haltemittel besteht dabei aus einem langgestreckten Blechstreifen, der zur Versteifung im Bereich seiner mit der Führungsleiste in Eingriff tretenden oberen und unteren Längsseitenkante stufig abgesetzt ist. Die oben liegende Längsseitenkante steht dabei über die Ebene der Kühlgutablage nach oben hinaus, während die gegenüberliegende untere Längsseitenkante die Kühlgutablage nach unten überragt. Wird bei diesem Aufbau die Kühlgutablage aus der Führungsleiste in Längsrichtung herausgezogen, dann muß diese Kühlgutablage mangels einer ergonomisch günstigen Halteeinrichtung mit zwei Händen erfaßt werden. Zudem kann diese Kühlgutablage nur in Längsrichtung aus der zugehörigen Führungsleiste gelöst werden.In a known refrigerator or freezer of this type, see US-A-2 311 411, sits on a side wall of an inner container a horizontally extending guide bar which is essentially C-shaped in cross section. Ein in die Einschnitte dieser Tragleisten waagerecht einzusetzenden Ablageplatte weist am betreffenden Längsseitenrand einen nach oben gerichteten Hakenschenkel auf, der bei in die Halteschlitze eingesteckter Ablageplatte nach oben hinter die Hinterschnittkante des Einschnitts greift. Die Unterseite der Ablageplatte liegt dabei auf der unteren Flanke des Einschnitts auf, wobei der freie Abstand zwischen der Hinterschnittkante und der unteren Flanke des Einschnitts kleiner als die Gesamthöhe des Hakens ist. Nachdem die mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten senkrechten Tragleisten nur im Endbereich des hakenförmig nach oben gebogenen Randes angeordnet sind, kann die Ablageplatte nur in der bestimmten Position in diese Tragleisten eingesetzt, jedoch nicht in Längsrichtung an unterschiedlichen Positionen angeordnet werden. Dabei trägt die untere Führungsleiste die vom Führungssteg ausgeübte Gewichtskraft der ggf. bestückten Kühlgutablage, während die die Hinterschnittkante bildende Stützleiste der oberen Führungsleiste nur von der das Kippen der Kühlgutauflage verhindernden Stützkraft beaufschlagt wird. Die Kippbewegung der Kühlgutablage nach unten wird zudem von dem dem Haken zugeordneten Hakenschenkel unterbunden, der im Raum zwischen den beteiligten Führungsleisten mit dem betreffenden Abschnitt der Seitenwand des Innenbehälters in Anlage steht. Dabei erstreckt sich das einem Seitenrand der Kühlgutablage zugeordnete Haltemittel in Längsrichtung der betreffenden Führungsleiste, so daß die Krafteinleitung der Kräfte über einen entsprechend langen Abschnitt auf die Führungsleiste erfolgt. Außerdem ist das Haltemittel zu einer offenen Griffmulde geformt, so daß die Kühlgutablage nach dem Entfernen aus der Führungsleiste einfach zu handhaben ist. Wenn die Kühlgutablage für schwere zu kühlende Güter bestimmt ist, kann eine senkrechte Stützwand der Kühlgutablage nach unten gezogen werden, so daß sie sich an der unteren und einer der unteren Führungsleisten zusätzlich abstützen kann. Die seitlich bzw. in der Breite und gegebenenfalls in der Tiefe verkürzten Kühlgutablagen 8 brauchen für ihre Halterung an den Führungsleisten 4 lediglich an einer Seite mit Haltemitteln 10 versehen zu sein, die die jeweilige Führungsleiste 4 mit der ihr zugeordneten Hinterschnittkante 6 hintergreifen. Diese Haltemittel 10 erstrecken sich in Längsrichtung der Führungsleiste 4 und bilden zusammen mit dieser Führungsleiste 4 eine Hakenverbindung. Hierzu ist bei jeder der verkürzten Kühlgutablagen 8 das Haltemittel 10 an eine senkrechte Stützwand 11 angeformt. Außerdem ist das Haltemittel mit einem Führungssteg 12 versehen, der auf der Führungsleiste 4 aufsitzt und der über die Kontur der Kühlgutablage 8 bzw. ihrer Stützwand 11 waagerecht übersteht. Außerdem weist der Haken 12 einen parallel zur benachbarten Seitenwand 3 des Innenbehälters 2 gerichteten Hakenschenkel 13 auf, der bis an die Seitenwand 3 reicht. Das Haltemittel 10 hintergreift somit mit dem Haken 12 die Hinterschnittkante 6 an der Stützleiste 7 im oberen Bereich, während der untere Bereich über den Führungssteg 24 auf der Führungsleiste 4 aufruht. Bei leichten, kleinen Kühlgutablagen 8 reicht dabei die Stützkraft, mit welcher sich der Hakenschenkel 13 an der Seitenwand 3 abstützt, um die Kühlgutablage 8 nicht abkippen zu lassen. Die Stirnflächen der abgewinkelten Schenkelabschnitte stehen dabei dicht auf einem Ansatz 18 auf, so daß eine Parallelverschiebung des Stützbügels 16 zur Stützwand 11 in senkrechter Richtung unterbunden ist. Dabei reicht die Stützwand 11 auch hier zumindest in den Bereich der dem Halteelement 10 zugeordneten Führungsleiste 4, vorzugsweise jedoch über zwei dieser Stützstege 4. Wenn sich die Hinterschnittkante 6 dabei über die gesamte Länge der Führungsleiste 4 erstreckt, kann die Kühlgütablage 8 auch in Längsrichtung der Führungsleiste 4 zur Öffnung des Innenbehälters hin herausgezogen bzw. von dort aus eingesetzt werden.According to FIG. 7, the molded part 14 is designed as a separate component and can be screwed onto the side walls 3 of the inner container 2. Claims (6)

  2. Refrigerator according to claim 1, characterised in that the guide rails (4) are integrally formed with the side wall (3).

Refrigerator according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the holding means (10) is provided laterally on a vertical supporting wall (11) of the chilled goods depository (8), in that the supporting wall (11) ends below the holding means (10), and in that at least one of the remaining guide rails (4) provided on the side wall (3) extends into the supporting wall (11).
  4. Refrigerator according to claim 3, characterised in that the chilled goods depository (8) is formed as a horizontal tray, on which the vertical supporting wall (11) carrying the holding means (10) is provided, and in that a one-piece, bent-back support bracket (16) is fixed to the supporting wall (11).
  5. Refrigerator according to claim 4, characterised in that the support bracket (16) is U-shaped and engages under the edge region of the tray, and in that the free ends of the U-flange are bent back parallel to the vertical supporting wall (11).
  6. Refrigerator according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that catch webs (17) are integrally formed on the chilled goods depository (8) to hold the support bracket (16).
