Abstract

Die Schalungsvorrichtung dient der gleichzeitigen Herstellung eines Satzes von ringförmigen Fertigteilen in unterschied­ lichen Normgrößen. Sie weist konzentrisch angeordnete Scha­ lungsringe 2 bis 6 auf, die zwischen sich Formräume bilden, die am unteren Ende durch Bodenringe 12 bis 15 begrenzt sind und vom oberen Ende her mit einem Papier-Beton gefüllt werden. Nach dem Anheben und Wenden wird die Schalungsvorrichtung auf eine Palette 39 abgesetzt, an die sie mittels einer Spannein­ richtung 44 bis 46 fest angedrückt wird. Die Bodenringe 12 bis 15 sind über Auswerferstangen 24 mit einer Stellplatte 30 verbunden, die mittels einer hydraulischen Stelleinrichtung 35 gegenüber den Schalungsringen 2 bis 6 verlagerbar ist, um zunächst den Beton in den Formräumen zu verdichten und dann nach Lösen der Spanneinrichtung den Satz von Fertigteilen auszuschieben.
