Abstract

Man kennt Trennleisten zur wahlweisen Verbindung elektrischer Leitungen mit Kontakten und mit Trennstec­ kern, die mit einer Trennzunge die in Berührung mit­ einander stehenden Kontakte auftrennen. Außerdem ist in diesem Zusammenhang ein Überspannungsschutz­ stecker bekannt. Um den Überspannungsschutz individuell auf die jeweils vorhandenen, an der Trennleiste an­ liegenden Stromkreise oder Schaltungen anpassen zu können und zwar unter Beibehaltung der Vorteile einer schnellen und leichten Handhabung derartiger Schalt­ verbindungen ist mit der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die Überspannungsschutzstecker in Art eines Trennsteckers solcher Trennleisten (1) und als Vierpol ausgebildet sind, wobei zwei Anschlüsse des Vierpoles als Kontakte auf einer Seite und die weiteren zwei Anschlüsse des Vierpoles als Kontakte auf der anderen Seite der Trenn­ zunge (17) des Überspannungsschutzsteckers vorgesehen sind. Die Kontaktpaare des Überspannungsschutzsteckers passen zu den Kontaktpaaren (3, 4) der Trennleiste und sind so dimensioniert, daß mit dem Aufstecken des Über­ spannungsschutzsteckers dessen Kontaktpaare zwischen zwei Kontaktpaare der Trennleiste positioniert sind und sich in elektrischem Kontakt mit diesen befinden.
Die Überspannungsschutzstecker werden von der gleichen Schmalseite der Trennleiste her in diese eingesteckt wie die Trennstecker und nehmen damit deren Einsteckla­ ge ein. Innerhalb des jeweiligen Überspannungsschutz­ steckers sind mit dessen Kontakten in elektrischer Ver­ bindung stehende Überspannungsschutzmittel unterge­ bracht. Aus dem Überspannungsschutzstecker ragt dessen Erdanschluß vor, bzw. ist als Anschluß zugängig.
