Eine derartige Bandführungseinrichtung ist z. B. aus der FR-A-2 230 207 bekannt. Hier wird eine Wickelmaschine mit einem Tangentialwickelkopf zum Bandagieren von Kabeln vorgeschlagen. Das wendelförmige Aufbringen des Bands wird durch eine gleichmäßige Axialbewegung des Kabels und durch tangentiale Drehbewegung des Bands um das Kabel mittels des Wickelkopfes erreicht. Durch geeignete Abstimmung der beiden Bewegungen kann das Band fugenlos oder mit einer gleichmäßigen Überlappung um das Kabel gewickelt werden. Für eine auf den Bandquerschnitt bezogene gleichmäßige Bandzugspannung von der Bandvorratsrolle bis zum Kabel ist eine Bandführungseinrichtung mit Bandumlenkfingern vorgesehen, die in einem bestimmten Wendelwinkel das Band tangential zum zu bandagierenden Kabel hinführt. Durch diese Ausbildung einer Bandführungseinrichtung ist ein optimales Bandagieren nur für eine bestimmte Bandbreite, Wendelabstand und Kabeldurchmesser bei konstantem Kabelvorschub möglich.Such a tape guide device is, for. In der Fig 1 ist eine Bandagiervorrichtung 1 an einem Beispiel eines Tangentialwickelkopfes 2 mit einer Bandführungseinrichtung 3 dargestellt. Am Tangentialwickelkopf 2 ist eine ortsfeste Bandvorratsrolle 4 angeordnet, die mit ihrer Rotationsachse parallel neben der Längsachse der zu bandagierenden Dinge 5 orientiert ist. Die Bandführungseinrichtung 3 ist ortsfest mit dem Tangentialwickelkopf 2 verbunden und besteht aus einer Abwickelwalze 6 und einer pendelnd gelagerten Bandumlenkwalze 7. Zum Bandagieren des Dinges 5 rotiert der Tangentialwickelkopf 2 in Pfeilrichtung 8, wobei gleichzeitig das Ding 5 entlang seiner Längsachse 9 einen angepaßten Vorschub erhält.
