Abstract

Ce dispositif s'applique plus particulièrement aux presses pour le travail de substances renfermant des liquides, notamment de fruits, conprenant une cuve de pressage (102) à l'intérieur de laquelle est envoyé un fluide moteur au moyen d'une poste de pompage. Ce dernier comprend une pompe de remplissage (104), une pompe de pression (105) et une pompe de vidange (106) qui sont reliées en parallèle à une canalisation principale (108) et à une canalisation d'alimentation (107), cette dernière etant elle-même reliée à la cuve (102). La poste comprend en outre une vanne de contrôle (110) qui est reliée à la pompe (105) et qui est apte à réguler la pression du fluide à l'interieur de la cuve. Une sonde (114) détecte la pression pression de refoulement de la canalisation et est reliée à des moyens (112-113) pour l'actionnement de la vanne de contrôle (110).
