Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Ziehen von mit rechteckigem Querschnitt ausgeführten Rohrkörpern 7 aus rohrförmi gen, runden Rohlingen 4. Während bekannte Verfahren dieser Art die Aufbringung des Rohlings 4 auf einen das Innenmaß des Rohrkörpers 7 vorgebenden Dorn durch Kaltumformung vorsehen, wobei der Dorn von mindestens gleicher Länge wie der Rohrkörper 7 sein muß und ab schließend durch einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsvorgang aus dem Rohr körper 7 herausgedrückt werden muß, sieht die Erfindung insofern eine Vereinfachung vor, als der Umfang des Rohlinges 4 und des späteren Rohrkörpers 7 gleich gehalten werden, und die Umformung im Stopfenzugverfahren teils durch Aufweitung und teils durch Stau chung des Rohlings 4 durchgeführt wird, so daß man mit einem ein zigen Umformvorgang zum fertigen Rohrkörper 7 kommt, der dann ohne einen erst noch von ihm zu lösenden Dorn erzeugt wird.
