Abstract

Es wird ein Stahlprofil und ein Verfahren zum Warmwalzen eines Stahlprofiles mit an den Flanschenden, die von einem Flanschknoten ausgehen, periodisch einzuwalzenden Rücksprüngen vorgeschlagen, bei dem für tiefe und lange Rücksprünge (6, 8) bestimmte Material-Fließbedingungen und Fließquerschnitte sowie Gestaltungsrichtlinien für die den Rücksprung erzeugende Kaliberwalze angegeben werden.
Derartige Walzprofile werden zur Bildung von aus einzelnen Profilen (1, 2, 3) zusammengesetzten Bauteilen und deren formschlüssige Verbindung verwendet.
