Abstract

Verfahren zur Kunststoffbeschichtung eines Torblattpa­ neeles oder dergleichen, das innerhalb einer außenseitig zu beschichtenden Blechschale mit einer Kunst-Isolierfül­ lung versehen ist, deren Wärmebeständigkeit unterhalb der Temperatur liegt, die für das Schmelzen bzw. Be­ schichten des auf die Außenflächen der Blechschale aufgebrachten Kunststoffpulvers erforderlich ist, wel­ ches Verfahren sich zur Verhinderung einer zu starken Wärmebelastung der Isolierfüllung sich dadurch auszeich­ net, daß die Schmelz- bzw. Beschichtungstemperatur nach Aufbringen des Beschichtungs-Kunststoffpulvers mittels einer Energiestrahlung, insbesondere mit Hilfe eines oder mehrerer Energiestrahlbündel, so schnell und kurzfristig durchgeführt wird, daß die Schmelz­ bzw. Beschichtungstemperatur in dem aufgebrachten Kunststoffpulver und der zu beschichtenden Grenzzone der Blechschale erreicht wird, ohne daß die Isolierfüllung über ihre Wärmebeständigkeit hinaus erhitzt wird, wobei eine Energiestrahlungsquelle über die mit dem Kunst­ stoffpulver versehene Außenfläche der insbesondere ruhend gehaltenen Blechschale hinweg bewegt wird.
