Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement for automatic, timely positioning of a diagram disk bundle, which is used for a section-wise but uninterrupted registration, relative to the registration members of a registration device, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • bundles of diagram disks are advantageously used when a process of interest in their context is to be recorded over a longer period of time or a better resolution of the registrations within a certain temporal registration area is to be achieved than would be possible with a single diagram disk with a relatively limited registration capacity.
  • a preferred application example for such diagram disc bundles are tachographs, the operation of which is considerably simplified by inserting bundles of diagram discs which, for example, allow weekly registration.
  • the uninterrupted registration over a larger period of time aimed for with a bundle of diagram disks is achieved in that the registering elements slide down from one diagram disk to the next one in the bundle after almost one revolution as a result of the sector-shaped sections.
  • the further registration is thus carried out without a time offset on a new, as yet not described chart, while the one described Diagram disc, which is connected, for example, by a paper strip to the last diagram disc or a dummy disc in the registration process, in the course of the further movement of the diagram disc bundle by means of a separating device suitable for the connection technique of the diagram disc bundle, for example a knife, which also falls into the cutout of the diagram disc described and then between the described and the next following chart is effective, is separated.
  • the friction of the separated diagram disc with the remaining and circulating remaining bundle or with its liner firmly connected to the blind disc guides the separated diagram disc against a stationary stop.
  • the registrations are to be synchronous and later to be visually evaluable with a time reference, then if the bundle diagram slices are provided with the same time scales, i.e. if they are not also registered or printed during registration, the relevant diagram slice bundle is not only required in one of the To drive the time scale in a corresponding manner, but also to position it correctly in the recording device, d. H. that the scale value corresponding, for example, to the current time of day, the diagram disc located at the top of the diagram disc bundle, is aligned with the registration line, that is the line which the registration elements describe when they are deflected.
  • the registration document and the recording means are freely accessible.
  • a bundle of diagram disks is put on by hand by threading its liner onto a centering pin formed on the receiving means, which are driven synchronously by the registration drive, and fastened by means of a clamping nut after the correct alignment on the registration line or on a device-fixed marking assigned to the registration line Twisting of the diagram disk bundle has taken place.
  • a preferred exemplary embodiment provides an adjustable stop, with which a radial cutout edge of a diagram disk of the diagram disk bundle interacts.
  • the preferred exemplary embodiment is characterized by a switching mechanism which is arranged coaxially to the centering pin and is in geared connection with the registration drive, in which the adjustable stop is coupled, on the one hand, via a resilient link to a gear element rotating around the speed of the registration area of the diagram disc, and on the other hand, via a ratchet mounted on it at one with the actual registration speed revolving gear element trained locking teeth is engaged, and the pawl is assigned a fixed control contour.
  • the advantage that the invention offers, particularly as far as the preferred embodiment is concerned, is that the largely mechanical solution found offers a high degree of reliability and is inexpensive and easily reproducible.
  • this solution is suitable both for a fully automatic retraction of a chart bundle, in which the chart slice bundle is entered through a slot in the front of the recording device and must be transported to the centering position before correct positioning, as well as for a semi-automatic retraction, in which the The diagram disk bundle is brought into the centering position by "dropping" it into a shaft or by inserting it into a pocket and, for example, is placed on the centering pin indirectly by closing a lid or a folding drawer.
  • An essential property of the positioning arrangement found is also that the previously used diagram disk bundles can be used without modification.
  • the front view FIG. 1 shows a relatively narrow front plate (1) which, when the relevant registration device is installed, for example, in a dashboard, is arranged essentially in the installation plane.
  • a slot (2) serving for the input and removal of diagram chart bundles and a recessed grip (3) facilitating the gripping of a diagram chart bundle are formed.
  • a button (4) which is preferably designed as a light button, is used to control the output of a diagram disk bundle located in the recording device.
  • the key (4) can be assigned a lock, by means of which a lock assigned to the slot (2) can be actuated, so that the recording device, the housing of which (5) is designated, can only be operated by an authorized group of people.
  • FIG. 2 has already reached a centering position, a diagram disk bundle (6) entered in the direction of the arrow (P1), which is provided with a cylindrical sleeve (7).
  • the diagram disk bundle (6) is placed on an in FIG. 2 centering pins (not shown) which can be raised and lowered and are driven in the circumferential direction (P2) by a transport roller (8).
  • the diagram disk bundle (6) is guided in the centering position of guide rollers (9 and 10) and the flat surface (11) of a gearwheel arranged coaxially with the transport roller (8).
  • (12), (13) and (14) denote the end of the guide shaft into which the diagram disk bundles are transported, while (L1) and (L2) represent light barriers assigned to the guide shaft.
  • the gear which guides the rotary movements of a motor (15) on the one hand to the transport roller (8) and on the other hand to a shaft (16) on which two transport rollers (17 and 18) are arranged at a distance that takes the bushing (7) into account mounted in a common housing (19) also accommodating the motor (15) and assigned to the guide shaft as a structural unit.
  • a diagram disk bundle (6) is to be entered into the registering device, then by pressing the button (4) the slot (2) is first locked, which can also be realized, for example, by a flap covering the slot (2). If there is a bundle of diagram disks in the recording device, pressing the button triggers the lifting of the registration elements, the centering pin, the driving means and the separating device that engages between the diagram disks of the bundle of diagram disks, and the motor (15) of the positioning drive is switched to output the diagram disk bundle with a suitable time offset.
  • the motor (15) of the positioning drive is switched off when the light barrier (L1) is no longer interrupted, ie the bundle of diagram disks protruding from the slot (2) has been removed from the recording device or, if it has not been removed, a certain time has expired.
  • the subsequent lowering of the centering pin or the mounting of the diagram disk bundle (6) on the centering pin can be carried out by means of a switch which can be actuated in the centering position by the diagram disk bundle (6), or even when the entered diagram disk bundle (6) keeps the light barrier (L1) of moving in again.
  • the lowering of the registration elements and the separating device is only possible when the positioning process is complete and the diagram disk bundle (6) is coupled to the entrainment means which connect the diagram disk bundle (6) to the registration drive.
  • These functions can be controlled by a pulse generator assigned to the transport roller (8) which, when the diagram disk bundle (6) is at a standstill, ie. H. if the diagram disc bundle (6) is positioned, no longer delivers impulses.
  • the friction between the transport roller (8) and a counterpressure roller assigned to it is expediently eliminated.
  • various program loops are of course conceivable in addition to the main program, which serve to check the individual program steps and functions, for example triggering an abort of the positioning process, if after a certain time or a predetermined number of pulses the diagram disk bundle is not positioned, the light barriers (L1 and L2) are not interrupted in the correct sequence or remain interrupted and the like.
  • FIG. 3 which for the sake of simplicity is only a partial top view of the preferred embodiment of the positioning arrangement, shows that the guide shaft (21) is essentially formed by two plates (22 and 23) which are suitably, i.e. H. are screwed together with the interposition of strips (24) and spacers (25). One of the screws used is designated by (26).
  • the guide rollers (9 and 10) are rotatably mounted on suitable supports (27 and 28) connected to the plate (23) and reach through openings (29 and 30) in the plate (23) as well as recesses in the plate (22 ) in the guide shaft (21) or between the plates (22 and 23), one guide roller (10) delimiting the guide shaft (21) in the transport direction and thus determining the centering position of the diagram disk bundles.
  • the one shown in FIG. 3 positioning drive (not shown) (15, 16, 17, 18 and 19) is assigned to the plates (22 and 23) and connected to them in a suitable manner.
  • an arm (31) is pivotably mounted on the registration assembly, which is constructed by means of the plates (22 and 23) and is preferably designed as an insert.
  • a bearing bridge which is formed on the arm (31) and is not designated in more detail, serves as storage, to which axles (34 and 35) attached to tabs (32) formed on the board (23) are assigned.
  • the arm (31) is under the action of a spring (36) and cooperates with a fixing pin (37) in the lowered position.
  • a bridge supporting the bearing axis (45) is fastened to the arm (31) by means of screws (47, 48 and 49) and suitable spacers (50 and 51) (FIG. 4).
  • the drive of the registration drive is based on a motor (52) which is flanged to the underside of the plate (23) and fastened by means of screws (53 and 54).
  • the motor shaft extends through the board (23) and the pinion (55) attached to the motor shaft is in the region of the pivot axis of the arm (31) in engagement with the gear (38) of the registration drive mounted on the arm (31).
  • FIG. 3 shows a registration state in which the uppermost diagram disk (57) of the bundle of diagram disks (6) visible through a cutout (56) in the board (22) is no longer in the bundle assembly and with one edge (58) of its sector-shaped one Cutout abuts a stop (59).

While it is lying on the top diagram disc (57), its position is, however, always such that the one edge z. B. (63) of the next following chart (60) coincides with the base line of a notch (87) formed on the front of the catch arm (62).
  • FIG. 4 coincides with the correct position for each chart on which is currently being registered. If, for example, the diagram chart bundle is removed from the recording device for control purposes and the remaining bundle is re-entered, the diagram chart located at the top or one of its cut-out edges will interact with the catch arm (62) during positioning and basically strike the notch (87).
  • FIG. 4 and 5 show sections through the centering and driving means of the positioning arrangement and through the switching mechanism which controls the offset of the adjustable stop (44) according to the mutual offset of the diagram disks within the diagram disk bundle and thus according to the mutually offset time scales.
