Abstract

Un collier de serrage (10) est composé d'une paire de demi-colliers (11) comprenant chacun une partie de corps semi-circulaire (12) pourvue d'extrémités à rebord. Au moins l'un des demi-colliers présente une encoche (18) à la jonction de l'une des extrémités à rebord (14) et de la partie de corps des demi-colliers. La fente s'étend axialement vers l'intérieur depuis l'un des côtés du demi-collier et est conçue de sorte que la paire des extrémités à rebord (14) peut être bloquée en position superposée et former une connexion pivotante limitée pour permettre aux demi-colliers (11) de se séparer et d'être placés autour d'un tuyau à serrer, puis d'être fermés autour du tuyau. Ledit tuyau de serrage comprend également des organes de fixation (16, 19) pour fixer ensemble l'autre paire des extrémités à rebord (13) dans une position d'opposition face contre face. Le collier de serrage (10) est particulièrement destiné à fixer ensemble des éléments tubulaires d'un système de silencieux d'échappement dans un véhicule à moteur.
