Claims (8)

  1. Accumulateur de trame pour métiers à tisser comprenant un tambour fixe (1), un arbre (10) rotatif dans ledit tambour (1), un dévidoir (20) monté, de façon rotative, sur ledit arbre (10), des moyens pour maintenir ledit dévidoir fixe en rotation par rapport audit tambour (1), des moyens pour convertir le mouvement rotatif dudit arbre (10) en oscillation dudit dévidoir (20), de tels moyens comprenant une douille (30) et étant inclinables, à degré variable, pour régler l'accumulateur de trame à des fils différents, et des moyens de réglage (50,60,63), accessibles extérieurement, pour modifier le degré d'oscillation dudit dévidoir (20), le degré et l'amplitude de l'inclinaison étant graduellement variables,
    caractérisé en ce que l'axe de ladite douille est inclinable par l'intermédiaire d'une unique action, et lesdits moyens de réglage (50,60,63) comprenant des moyens d'actionnement (50) pivotant, de façon oscillante, sur ledit arbre (10), ladite douille (30) et lesdits moyens d'actionnement (50) étant accouplés pour osciller ensemble rigidement.
  2. Accumulateur de trame pour métiers à tisser selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dévidoir (20) présente une pluralité de tiges (21) faisant saillie partiellement et de façon variable, de fentes axiales du tambour (1) en raison du mouvement imparti au dévidoir par l'arbre (10) du moteur au moyen de la douille (30) avec un axe incliné qui est déplaçable par lesdits moyens d'actionnement (50), en étant accessible depuis l'extérieur de l'arbre (10), et peut tourner dans un plan axial et en relation avec une bague à surface sphérique (40) pour basculer d'un côté ou de l'autre par rapport à l'axe dudit arbre,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit arbre du moteur (10) présente une partie creuse excentrique (101), équilibrée dynamiquement, à laquelle ladite bague à surface sphérique (40) est fixée, des parties de douille (301,302) venant en butée d'un côté et de l'autre de ladite bague et coopérant sphériquement avec celles-ci au moyen de portées sphériques correspondantes (303,304), chacune desdites parties de douille ayant un trou axial qui est plus grand en diamètre que la partie excentrique (101) de l'arbre.
  3. Accumulateur de trame selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parties de douille (301,302) sont reliées à des moyens d'actionnement comprenant une tige transversale (50) qui pivote, de façon oscillante, sur ledit arbre du moteur (10), fait saillie à travers des fentes diamétrales (52,402) de l'arbre et de la bague à surface sphérique (40), et est actionnée par une tige d'accouplement filetée (60) interne à l'arbre, un taraudage de réglage (63), se terminant à l'extrémité libre dudit arbre (10), coopérant avec ladite tige d'accouplement filetée (60).
  4. Accumulateur de trame selon les revendications 1,2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite tige d'accouplement (60) est articulée, avec son extrémité opposée à ladite extrémité filetée (62) engagée par ledit taraudage (63), à un point de ladite tige (50) qui est excentré par rapport a l'axe de pivotement de ladite tige (50).
  5. Accumulateur de trame selon une ou plusieurs revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la tige (50) présente des parties d'extrémité faisant saillie au-delà de la bague à surface sphérique (40) et adaptées pour être reçues dans des portées radiales correspondantes (303,304) des parties de douille (301,302) agencées côte à côte, lesdites parties d'extrémité étant rigidement fixées entre lesdites parties de douille (301,302) par l'action de tiges de fixation (32) lesquelles relient mutuellement lesdites parties.
  6. Accumulateur de trame selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la tige (50) et la douille (30), obtenue par placement côte à côte et accouplement desdites parties de douille (301,302), tournent dans le plan qui passe par l'axe de la partie excentrique (101) de l'arbre du moteur (10) et est orthogonal à l'axe de la broche pivotante (401) de la tige.
  7. Accumulateur de trame selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le taraudage (63), qui coopère avec la tige d'accouplement interne (60) de l'arbre (10), est réalisé en un polymère afin de recouvrir le jeu entre les filets en prise.
  8. Accumulateur de trame selon une ou plusieurs revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le taraudage (63) est retenu librement rotatif entre un épaulement d'extrémité (102) de l'arbre du moteur (10) et un collier de maintien (103) fixé à ladite extrémité, et présente une portée (64) pour l'engagement d'un outil correspondant au moyen duquel ledit taraudage (63) est entraîné en rotation, et la tige d'accouplement (60) est en conséquence déplacée, entraînant l'oscillation correspondante de la tige (50) et de la douille (30).
