Description

The invention relates to a method for cleaning and coating pipelines intended for water guidance.

With water-carrying pipes, it is known that rust settles on the pipe walls over the years, which then leads to the undesirable rust in the water at the water tapping points.

The chemical composition of the drinking water flowing in metallic pipes and devices has an influence on the corrosion and / or the formation of stones on the pipe walls. Very soft to soft water attacks metallic materials almost unhindered without any noticeable formation of protective or cover layers. The metal dissolution usually takes place over the entire water-wetted surface, with corrosion products being carried along by the water.

With medium-hard water, there is often an interplay between the formation of protective or cover layers and corrosion. This results in pustular corrosion products bound to the parts in contact with water. On the one hand, these lead to under-rusting, on the other hand, they are washed away by the water, deposit on bare metals and lead to pitting.

Hard to very hard water leads to the formation of stone, whereby a slight increase in temperature accelerates the precipitation of carbonate, so that an oxygen attack cannot generally occur. The scale continues to grow and often leads to blockages or other complications after a short time.

Dies trifft auch auf Haushaltsgeräte zu.It is known to the person skilled in the art that every chemical and electrochemical reaction is accelerated with increasing temperature. For example, in the water system of a heating system, the processes of material destruction or stone formation become visible after a relatively short time, in contrast to the cold water tract. This also applies to household appliances.

From European patent specification 0 090 384 a method for internal sealing, in particular of house gas lines, is known, with which it is possible to seal gas lines which have certain leakage quantities exceeding a predetermined level. The method described in this patent can only be used for gas pipes, but not for pipes which carry water, possibly also other liquid media.

The object on which the present invention is based is to propose a method for cleaning and coating pipelines intended for water management, with which it is possible to renovate existing pipelines, in particular smaller dimensions, so that these pipelines can then continue to be used.

This object is achieved in that a method for cleaning and coating pipes intended for water supply is proposed, in which
  • a) water and compressed air are pressed into the empty pipes for rough cleaning,
  • b) an acid is then filled in under pressure and remains in the pipeline network for some time,
  • c) the pipes cleaned in this way are dried by means of compressed air,
  • d) a liquid plastic is then filled in under pressure to coat the pipelines and
  • e) excess plastic material is drained.

Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird zur Grobreinigung gemäß Verfahrensschritt a) einAccording to a particularly preferred embodiment, for rough cleaning according to process step a)

Compressed air / water mixture pressed into the pipes. This process is carried out until the first coarse dirt, impurities, rust particles, etc. flow away. Flexible drain hoses are attached at various points and lead into a collecting container.

According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the pipelines are closed at individual points with ventilation plugs before coating the pipelines in accordance with method step d) and, after filling, vented at these points by means of the liquid plastic.

Advantageously, the liquid plastic filled in according to method step d) remains in the line under about 6 atm pressure for about an hour.

Advantageously, subsequent to process step e), the excess plastic material which does not adhere to the walls of the pipelines is blown out from all high points by means of compressed air.

The sequence of the method presented in the cited claims is described in detail below.

Traditionally, the existing water pipe is installed in the wall. It consists of various materials, in particular galvanized threaded pipe according to DIN. The cause or reason for the renovation is usually the constant pitting and rust in the water described above.

To carry out the method according to the invention, the water is turned off and the pipes to be renovated are emptied. The existing sanitary fittings and devices are dismantled and the openings created are bridged.

In particular, the method according to the invention for cold water pipes, hot water pipes conditions and heating lines provided. It is possible to renovate both copper piping and galvanized steel piping. Dismantling and relocating the pipelines for apartment blocks would be very expensive and costly. In addition, various handicrafts (tilers, painters, bricklayers, upholsterers) would still have to be carried out.

The various cleaning steps serve to achieve a surface that is as bright as possible metallic, d. H. to remove all incrustations, rust spots, lime residues. In particular, a rough cleaning using water and compressed air takes place first in accordance with method step a). At one connection, a compressed air / water mixture is pressed into the pipes. At other points, flexible drain hoses are attached that lead into a collecting container. This process is carried out until the first coarse dirt, impurities, rust particles, etc. flow away.

After this rough cleaning, a fine cleaning (pickling) is carried out. For this purpose, an acid (corresponding to the pipe material, for example hydrochloric acid) is now preferably filled in under pressure at the same point at which the compressed air / water mixture was previously supplied and remains in the pipe network for a correspondingly long time depending on the degree of contamination. Lime and rust must also be dissolved here (procedural document b). This acid can also be filled in hot, for example. It has also proven to be advantageous to use an inhibitor in this acid which is intended to prevent the pipes from rusting immediately after the acid has been drained off.

The line cleaned as described is now dried by means of compressed air, which is introduced at the same point as the previous liquids.

Now that the pipes have been cleaned as optimally as possible, the pipe is coated with plastic.

  • 1. Sie muß gegebenenfalls den Trinkwasserbestimmungen entsprechen,
  • 2. sie muß eine glatte, homogene Oberfläche bilden,
  • 3. sie muß porös und rißfrei sein,
  • 4. sie muß temperaturbeständig sein,
  • 5. sie muß abriebfest gegen Wasserströmung sein.
For this purpose, the pipeline is first closed at various points with a ventilation plug. A pressure boiler system will be connected to the previous entry point. With the help of this, the liquid plastic is pressed into the line. A full-surface coating of the inner pipe wall is created, which must have the following properties:
  • 1. If necessary, it must comply with the drinking water regulations,
  • 2. it must form a smooth, homogeneous surface,
  • 3. it must be porous and free of cracks,
  • 4. it must be temperature-resistant,
  • 5. It must be resistant to water flow.

When filling the line, the line must be vented using the ventilation plugs. Now that the line has been pressurized (approximately 1.0 hours at 6 atm), the excess plastic material which is not adhering to the walls is drained off (procedural document e).

Advantageously, the excess plastic material not adhering to the walls of the pipelines is then blown out from all high points by means of compressed air.

After the implementation of these various process steps, which have now been described, a pipeline system has been created, the inner wall of which is coated and can now be used again for carrying water. The filling of the lines and the assembly of the sanitary fittings and devices is carried out in a known manner.
