Abstract

In a gas-bubble brick of refractory ceramic material, the visual detectability of a worn state is improved. The detectability should be independent of the material of the gas-bubble brick. For this purpose, a gas-permeable distance space 3, which has a different geometrical shape in the direction of wear, extends in the gas-bubble brick.
