In Abhängigkeit von diesem Meßergebnis findet eine Ausrichtung des Bandes 6 und der Aufwickelhaspel 19 zueinander statt, z.B. dadurch, daß bei unveränderter Bandführung der Aufwickelhaspel 19 axial verfahren wird. Anschließend wird das Klemmrollenpaar 16 in Richtung auf Aufwickelhaspel 19 verstellt und die Andrück- und Trennvorrichtung 24 gegen das Band 6 bewegt, um das Band an den Klebebelag des Dorns der Aufwickelhaspel 19 anzuheften. Dabei drückt die Bürste 25 das laufende Band in einer Wischbewegung an. Das wegklappbare, federnd gelagerte Messer 26 wird durch das laufende Band 6 weggeklappt und behindert deshalb die Bewegung des Bandes ebenfalls nicht. Nach dem Anschließen des Bandes wird das Klemmrollenpaar 16 und die Andrück- und Trennvorrichtung 24 in ihre Ruhestellung zurückgebracht. Das Band 6 wird auf die Haspel 19 aufgewickelt, bis daß die Aufwickelhaspel 19 voll ist. Sobald die Aufwickelhaspel 19 vollgewickelt ist, wird die Wendehaspel 21 verschwenkt, so daß die leere Aufwickelhaspel 20 in die Position der vollen Aufwickelhaspel 19 gelangt. Bei diesem Wendevorgang braucht die Förderung des Bandes nicht unterbrochen zu werden. Das noch auf die Aufwickelhaspel 19 aufgewickelte Band wird nach dem Schwenkvorgang über die Führungsrolle 23 geführt, die dafür sorgt, daß das Band 6 im wesentlichen senkrecht vorbei an der leeren Haspel 20 zum Anschließen an deren Dorn geführt wird. Diese Betriebsphase ist in Fig. 1 gestrichelt dargestellt. Wie beim ersten Anschließen des Bandes wird die Andrück- und Trennvorrichtung 24 wieder betätigt. Vor deren Betätigung wird allerdings die schwenkbare Andrückrolle 27 auf den Rollenwickel 28 gedrückt, damit nach Trennen des Bandes der Bund 28 straff gewickelt bleibt. The still wound on the take-up reel 19 is guided after the pivoting process over the guide roller 23, which ensures that the tape 6 is guided substantially vertically past the empty reel 20 for connection to the mandrel. This operating phase is shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1. As when connecting the tape for the first time, the pressing and separating device 24 is actuated again. Before it is actuated, however, the pivotable pressure roller 27 pressed onto the roll winder 28 so that the bundle 28 remains tightly wound after the tape is cut. Claims (4)

1. A contact pressure and parting device for a metal strip (6) to be connected to a coiling reel (19, 20), more particularly a reverse coiler, wherein disposed on the side of the metal strip (6) opposite the coiling reel (19, 20) is a structural unit (24) which comprises a contact pressure means (25) and a blade (26) disposed downstream thereof in the running direction of the strip and which can be moved against the metal strip (6) in the direction of the coiling reel (19, 20) provided with an adhesive means for the metal strip, characterized in that the blade (26) can be forced against the coiling reel (19, 20) and can be hinged away in the running direction of the strip.
2. A contact pressure and parting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the contact pressure means is a brush.
3. A contact pressure and parting device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the blade (26) is retained by resilient means upstream of the contact pressure and parting device in a position preferably aligned transversely of the running direction of the strip.
4. A contact pressure and parting device according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the adhesive means is a glue coating.
