Claims (10)

  1. Tragbare elektrische Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Dampf, der auf einer Oberfläche zur Anwendung kommt, insbesondere, aber nicht ausschließlich, zur Entfernung von aufgeklebten Wandverkleidungen, mit einem Gehäuse, das eine zu verdampfende Flüssigkeit enthält, und Einrichtungen zur Aufheizung dieser Flüssigkeit bis zu ihrer Verdampfungstemperatur, wobei das erwähnte Gehäuse (2, 3) in zwei Kammern unterteilt ist, nämlich eine hintere, geschlossene Kammer (9), die den eigentlichen Dampferzeuger (12, 13) enthält und Heizeinrichtungen (13) für diese Flüssigkeit, und eine vordere Kammer (11, 29), die einen Verdampfungsraum oder "Dampfkopf" darstellt und nach außen offen und durch eine sich am äußeren Rand befindende Kante begrenzt ist, die in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (1) gebracht werden kann, die mit dem Dampf behandelt werden soll, wobei der vordere Raum (11, 29) mit dem hinteren (9) über Öffnungen (31) in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hintere Raum (9) aus zwei Gehäusebereichen besteht, nämlich einem unteren Raum (2), der von der vorderen Kammer (11) durch eine untere Trennwand (8) abgeteilt ist und in welchem sich die zu verdampfende Flüssigkeit in ausschließlich in aufgesaugter Form in einem porösen Körper befindet, der sich praktisch über die gesamte Höhe des genannten unteren Raumes (2) erstreckt, und einem oberen, von der vorderen Kammer (11) durch eine obere Trennwand (27) getrennten Raum (3), der über die Öffnungen (31) mit der vorderen Kammer (11) verbunden ist, um das Hinüberströmen des im unteren Raum (2) erzeugten Dampfes in die vordere Kammer (11) zu erlauben.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Raum (2) einen horizontalen Boden (4), zwei seitliche vertikale Wände (5, 6), eine vertikale Rückwand (7) und die vertikale Trennwand (8), die zwischen den zwei Seitenwänden (5, 6) parallel zur Rückwand (7) verläuft, enthält, und der obere Raum (3) durch einen Deckel begrenzt ist, der eine zum unteren Raum (2) komplementäre Form besitzt, d.h. daß er eine obere horizontale Wand (23) von gleicher Ausdehnung wie der Boden (4) des unteren Raumes (2), zwei vertikale Seitenwände (24, 25) entsprechend den vertikalen Seitenwänden (5, 6) des unteren Raumes (2), eine vertikale Rückwand (26), entsprechend der vertikalen Rückwand (7) des unteren Raumes (2), und die vertikale Trennwand (27), die der vertikalen Trennwand (8) des unteren Raumes (2) entspricht und sich zwischen den beiden vertikalen Seitenwänden (24, 25) befindet, enthält.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eigentliche Dampferzeuger aus einem quaderförmigen porösen Körper (12) besteht, der der Aufnahme der zu verdampfenden Flüssigkeit dient, und den Heizeinrichtungen (13), bestehend aus horizontalen parallelen Elektroden, die sich in Kontakt mit dem porösen Körper (12) befinden, wobei diese horizontal verlaufenden Elektroden (13a-13l), jeweils paarweise auf gleichem Niveau liegend, auf die große senkrechte Vorder- und Rückseite des porösen Körpers (12) verteilt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektroden (13a-13l) eine solche Länge haben, daß sie auf beiden Seiten über vertikale Stützen (14, 15) vorstehen, die an den zwei kleinen vertikalen Seitenflächen des porösen Körpers (12), in unmittelbarer Nähe von diesem angebracht ist, wobei jede dieser Stützen (14, 15) mit Löchern versehen sind, in welche die Enden der horizontalen Elektroden (13a-13l) eingesetzt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektrodenpaare (13b, 13h; 13d, 13j; 13e, 13k), die auf gleicher Höhe liegen, jeweils in Parallelschaltung mit den beiden Phasen (16, 17) des Stromversorgungsnetzes, hingegen andere Elektrodenpaare (13a, 13g; 13c, 13i) in Parallelschaltung unter Zwischenschaltung von Schaltern (18, 19) jeweils mit den beiden Phasen des Netzes verbunden sind, wobei die Schalter (18, 19) in Abhängigkeit des spezifischen Widerstandes des zu verdampfenden Wassers und/oder des gewünschten Dampfdurchsatzes geöffnet und/oder gschlossen werden.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (31) die zwischen der vorderen Kammer (31 [richtig: 11, 29 d.Ü.]) und der hinteren Kammer (9) vorhanden sind, aus der Bohrung von Röhren bestehen, die zwischen diesen Hohlräumen angeordnet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückseite der untere Raum (2) mit einem Handgriff (34) versehen ist, der mit seinem oberen und seinem unteren Ende mit der Rückwand (7) des unteren Raumes verbunden, und von einem Kabel (35) zur Stromzuführung durchzogen ist, das mit dem Stromnetz verbunden ist und an seinem oberen Ende in einer Steckbuchse (36) endet, die mit einem Stecker(37) verbunden werden kann, der auf einer oberen Verlängerung (38) des Griffes (34) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckbuchse (36) durch eine Öffnung geht, die die gleiche Form wie der Querschnitt der Steckbuchse (36) hat und in einem vertikalen Schenkel (39a) ausgespart ist, der sich hinter der Verlängerung (38) nach unten erstreckt, und einen Teil eines Winkels (39) bildet, der schwenkbar mit dem Deckel verbunden ist und aus einem Stück mit einem Hebelarm (43) besteht, der sich horizontal, längs des oberen Teiles der Rückwand (26) des Deckels der Vorrichtung erstreckt, aus einem Stück mit einem Deckel (44) besteht, der sich an seinem Ende befindet, wobei dieser Deckel über einer Wassereinfüllöffnung (32) angeordnet ist, die mit einem Stöpsel (33) verschlossen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (44) zum Einfüllen des Wassers, der eine Greiflasche (45) besitzt, von den Wänden (46, 47, 48) des Deckels der Vorrichtung eingefaßt ist, so daß das Einfüllen des Wassers in eine Mulde (49) erfolgt.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß die Rückwand (26) des Deckels der Vorrichtung dichte Durchführungen (51, 52, 53) für die elektrischen Verbindungskabel besitzt, die mit den Elektroden des Dampferzeugers verbunden sind und die an den Kontakten der Schalter (18, 19) enden, welche sich auf der Verlängerung (38) des Griffes (34) zwischen dieser Verlängerung und der Rückwand des Behälters (2) befinden.
