6. Fastening device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shutter plate (11-22) is retained on the keeper (6) by means of deformable clips (15) provided in the central hole (12) of the said shutter plate.
7. Fastening device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the shutter plate (11-22) possesses an anti-noise plate (21) on its face in contact with the upper partition of the crossmember (2) or with the latch (4).

Fastening device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in the position shutting the orifice (5), the shutter plate (11-22) is brought to bear, under the upper partition of the crossmember (2), against the edge of the said orifice (5) by the elastic return means (14-20-23), and the calibration of the latter is sufficient to ensure this bringing to bear even when the lock part (3) rests on the shutter plate (11-22) by the weight of the panel (1).
