Claims (29)
- Verfahren für den Vielfarben-Seiden(Schablonen)druck auf Plakatpapiersubstrat unter Verwendung von Siebdruckfarben auf Wasserbasis, gekennzeichnet durch :(a) das Durchführen eines ersten farbigen Seiden(Schablonen)druckvorganges auf dem Plakatpapiersubstrat unter Verwendung einer Farbe, die eine minimale Einringelung des Substratrandes bewirkt, und(b) das Durchführen von zumindest einem nachfolgenden Seiden-(Schablonen) druckvorganges auf dem bedruckten Substrat aus Schritt (a) mit einer anderen Farbe und in einer Weise, daß eine allfällige Einringelung des Randes geringer ist als jene Einringelung, die bei Durchführung des ersten und des nachfolgenden Seiden-(Schablonen)druckvorganges mit der besagten Farbe auf Wasserbasis aufgetreten ware.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Seiden(Schablonen)druckvorgang mit der vorherrschenden Farbe des farbgetrennten Bildes einer Farbzusammensetzung und der oder jeder nachfolgende Seiden(Schablonen)druckvorgang mit der oder jeden anderen Farbe des farbgetrennten Bildes der besagten Farbzusammensetzung durchgefiihrt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfarbe fur den ersten Seiden(Schablonen)-Siebdruckvorgang mit einer nicht wässrigen Druckfarbe erfolgt, die zumindest teilweise durch Bestrahlung aushärtbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nicht wässrige, durch Bestrahlung härtbare Druckfarbe einen oder mehrere Photoinitiatoren aufweist und durch Bestrahlung mittels elektromagnetischer Strahlen im Ultraviolettlicht-Wellenband aushärtbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nicht wässrige Druckfarbe durch Bestrahlung mit einem Elektronenstrahl aushärtbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfarbe für den ersten Druckvorgang eine auf einem organischen Lösusgsmittel basierende Druckfarbe aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die Druckfarbe für den ersten Siebdruckvorgang eine wässrige Farbe von geringem Wasser- und hohem Feststoffgehalt aufweist.
- Verfahren, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Farbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge zumindest 40% Wasser enthält.
- Verfahren, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder jeder der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge unter Verwendung einer auf Wasser basierenden Druckfarbe durchgeführt wird, welche zumindest teilweise durch Bestrahlung härtbar ist.
- Verfahren, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Druckfarbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge aus einer Zusammensetzung besteht, die einen oder mehrere Photoinitiatoren aufweist und die zumindest teilweise durch Bestrahlung mittels elektromagnetischer Bestrahlung im Ultraviolettlicht-Wellenband aushärtbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Druckfarbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge zumindest teilweise durch Bestrahlung mit einem Elektronenstrahl aushärtbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der für den oder die darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge verwendeten auf Wasser basierenden Druckfarben vor dem Aushärten einer Erwärmung oder einer thermischen Bestrahlung ausgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Druckfarbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge vor dem Aushärten elektromagnetischen Bestrahlungen im Infrarotlicht-Wellenband ausgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Druckfarbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge ein ungesättigtes Acrylatharz aufweist.
- Verfahren, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Druckfarbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge ein Polyesteracrylatharz aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Wasser basierende Druckfarbe für den oder jeden der darauffolgenden Siebdruckvorgänge eine Emulsion eines Harzes in Wasser aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Emulsion das Harz zur Gänze oder zumindest im wesentlichen in dispergierter Phase und zur Gänze oder zumindest im wesentlichen unlöslich im Wasser enthält, wobei das Wasser die kontinuierliche Phase der Emulsion darstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Harz zwischen 30% und 60% der Emulsion bildet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Harz 50% der Emulsion bildet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche in Verwendung für das Siebdrucken einer Mehrzahl von Farben auf einem Blatt und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Drucken das bedruckte Blatt einer Glimmentladung ausgesetzt wird, um das Blatt für das Anbringen mittels eines auf Stärke basierenden Klebers geeignet zu machen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Druckvorgang auf einer automatischen Siebdruckpresse durchgeführt wird.
