Es sind Einsteckschlösser mit durch mechanisch sowie elektronisch kodierten Schlüsseln zu betätigenden Schließzylindern bekannt, bei denen die Steuerelektronik für den Schließzylinder in einem im Türblatt unterhalb des Einsteckschlosses sitzenden zusätzlichen Schloßkasten untergebracht ist. Die Installation eines solchen Elektronikzylinders in einem vorhandenen Türblatt ist jedoch verhältnismäßig aufwendig, weil dazu nicht nur sämtliche Bestandteile, wie das Schloß, der Schließzylinder und auch die Beschlagteile ausgebaut werden müssen, sondern auch eine zweite Aufnahmetasche für die Steuerelektronik sowie ein Verbindungskanal zu dieser Aufnahmetasche in das Türblatt eingearbeitet werden müssen. Nachteilig ist dabei auch, daß durch die zweite Aufnahmetasche für die Steuerelektronik und durch den Verbindungskanal das Türblatt erheblich geschwächt wird. Um die vorerwähnten Mängel zu vermeiden, hat man gemäß der DE-OS 35 43 527 die Steuerelektronik im Türaußenschild und die zugehörigen Stromversorgungsbatterien im Türinnenschild untergebracht. Die Unterbringung der Steuerelektronik im Türaußenschild hat aber zur Folge, daß sie dadurch erheblich stoß- bzw. schlaggefährdet ist. Um hiergegen Abhilfe zu schaffen, ist es durch die DE-OS 35 10 438 bei Türbeschlägen der eingangs erwähnten Gattung bereits bekannt gewesen, elektronische Bauteile und ihre Stromversorgungsbatterien in deren Innenlangschild unterzubringen. Es geht dabei um eine im Innenschild eingebaute Infrarot-Sendeanlage, die vom eingebauten Profilschließzylinder über das Verbindungskabel ankommende Signale drahtlos an geeignete Alarmgeber zu senden vermag. Das die Elektronik enthaltende Innenlangschild ist dabei über das Türblatt durchdringende Verbindungsschrauben unmittelbar mit dem Außenlangschild verschraubt. Dadurch können auch hier am Außenschild angreifende Kräfte, wie z.B. bei Einbruchversuchen, über die Verbindungsschrauben direkt auf das Innenschild übertragen werden, wodurch letzteres verformt werden kann und die darin untergebrachten Elektronik-Bauteile wiederum Beschädigungen unterworfen werden können. Nachteilig ist bei diesem vorbekannten Türschlag mit im Innenlangschild untergebrachter Elektronik weiterhin seine starre Bauart, die für beispielsweise unterschiedliche Schloßausführungen unterschiedliche Beschläge erforderlich machen würde. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Türbeschlag der eingangs erwähnten Gattung zu schaffen, bei dem der Schließzylinder und seine Steuerelektronik samt den zugehörigen Komponenten auch nachträglich noch einfach im Innenlangschild so einzubauen sind, daß sich am Außenschild angreifende Kräfte nicht auf die Elektronik auswirken können und weiterhin auch eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Schloßausführungen leicht vorgenommen werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß im wesentlichen dadurch gelöst, daß das Innenschild aus einer auf dem Türblatt aufliegenden, mit dem Außenschild fest verschraubten, das Drückerlager und einen Schließzylinder-Durchbruch aufweisenden Basisplatte sowie einem damit lösbar verbundenen Innenschilddeckel besteht, zwischen denen ein die Steuerelektronik enthaltendes Elektronik-Gehäuse auswechselbar untergebracht ist, das auf der Basisplatte lösbar befestigt ist und Durchbrüche für das Drücklager und den Schließzylinder aufweist. Die Steuerelektronik ist hiernach also in einem besonderen ElektronikGehäuse untergebracht, das leicht auswechselbar und an verschiedene Schloßausführungen anpassbar im Innenschild untergebracht ist, und zwar so, daß es vor am Außenschild angreifenden Kräften wirkam gestützt ist. Der Gehäusekasten 15 umgibt die Steuerelektronik 31 und die Batterien 32 sowie auch die Durchbrüche 29 und 30 mit gleichbleibend hohem Wandungsrand 5˝, auf dem der Deckel 15′ flach aufliegt und mit dem Kasten 15 über die Kreuzschrauben 33 verschraubt ist. Wie Fig. 8 zeigt, sind neben dem Kabelausschnitt 31 im Gehäusekastenrand 15˝ noch Einsteckschlitze 36 für eine darin einzuschiebende und mit eingelöteten Steckbuchsen 37′ versehene Leiterplatte 37 vorgesehen, die mit der Steuerelectronik 31 verdrahtet ist. Die Leiterplatte 37 wird durch den aufliegend verschraubten Gehäusedeckel 15′ in den Einsteckschlitzen 36 gesichert. Auf diese Weise kann das Kabel 24 mit seinen Steckern 24′, wie Fig. 7 zeigt, jederzeit an die Steckbüchsen 37′ angeschlossen werden. Zur Aufnahme des überschüssigen Kabels 24 befindet sich im Gehäusekasten 15 noch eine Aufnahmetasche 38. Schließlich sind am Gehäusekastenrand 15˝ im Bereich der Durchbrüche 29 und 30 noch Arretiernocken 40 angeformt, die in am Gehäusekastendeckel 15′ vorhandene Arretierlöcher 40′ hineinpassen und auf diese Weise das Verschrauben des Gehäusekastens 15 mit seinem Deckel 15′ erleichtern helfen. Das Gehäuse 15 besteht vorteilhaft aus Kunststoff oder aus Zinkdruckguß. Es kann, wie schon erwähnt, für Schlösser unterschiedlicher "Entfernungen" verwendet werden, da sich deren Unterschied nur in der Basisplatte und im Innenschilddeckel niederschlägt. Claims (12)
- Door fitting with an internal and external long plate, a lock cylinder which can be acted upon electrically by key actuation and an electronic control system which is connected thereto by a cable laid in the door leaf and is accommodated in the internal plate, particularly in combination with a mortise dead lock installed between the internal and external long plates with a handle mounting and a cylinder lock which is also actuated by a key and has mechanical tumblers, characterised in that the internal plate (4) consists of a base plate (13) which rests on the door leaf (12), is firmly screwed to the external plate (2) and bears the handle mounting (19) and a lock cylinder opening (21), as well as an internal plate cover (14) which is releasably connected to the base plate, and an electronics housing (15, 15') which contains the electronic control system (31), is releasably fixed on the base plate (13) and has holes (30 and 29 respectively) for the handle mounting (19) and the lock cylinder (10) is removably accommodated between these two plates.
- Door fitting as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the hole (30) provided in the electronics housing (15, 15') for the handle mounting (19) has an oval shape permitting the latter to be positioned at different heights (Figure 8).
- Door fitting as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the electronic control system (31) is accommodated in the part of the electronics housing (15) positioned below the handle mounting hole (30), whereas the current supply batteries are accommodated in the part (32) of the electronics housing positioned above the handle mounting hole.
- Door fitting as claimed in one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the electronics housing consists of a housing case (15) which encloses the electronic control system (31) and the batteries (32) as well as the holes (29, 30) with a wall edge (15'') of constant height and a housing cover (15') which can be screwed thereto and which is also provided with an oval hole (30') for the handle mounting (19) and a further hole (29') adapted to the contour of the lock cylinder particularly a profiled cylinder (10).
- Door fitting as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that substantially congruent cut-outs (22 and 15''', 15IV) for the cable to pass through to the lock cylinder (10) are provided in the base plate (13) and in the electronics housing (15) near the lock cylinder openings (21, 29), and insertion slots (36) are provided in the housing case edge (15'') adjacent to the cable cut-out (15''') for a circuit board (37) which is to be inserted therein and has plug sockets (37') soldered into it for the cable connection.
- Door fitting as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that a cable receptacle (38) is provided in the housing case (15) adjacent to the cable cut-out (15''') and the lock cylinder hole (29).
- Door fitting as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that projecting locking cams (40) which fit into locking holes (40') on the housing case cover (15') are formed on the edge (15'') of the housing case.
- Door fitting as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the electronics housing (15) is made from plastics material or die cast zinc.
- Door fitting as claimed in one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that stop slides which are under spring pressure are provided on the base plate (13) at the upper and lower end, engage behind inwardly-projecting side edges (14') on the internal plate cover (14) and can be brought by a forked key (17) into a reciprocal release position which releases the internal plate cover (14).
- Door fitting as claimed in claim 9, characterised in that the internal plate cover (14) consists of an extrusion, particularly one based on aluminum, into the cut ends (14'') of which plastic caps (28) are inserted which are provided with insertion slots (28') for the forked key (27) to actuate the stop slides (26).
- Door fitting as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the hole (29) in the electronics housing (15) for the lock cylinder (10) is lengthened in an oval shape.
- Door fitting as claimed in one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the electronics housing (15, 15') is equipped with additional holes for accessibility of the fixing screws (17) between the base plate (13) and the external plate (2).
