Abstract
Description
The subject of the invention is a device for attaching a tool to a machine, in particular a construction or agricultural machine. There is currently a series of excavation or material removal equipment on the market, such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, etc. When using such devices, you have to change tools, such as shovel, bucket, router, etc. Modern machines have automatic devices for quickly changing tools. These devices only work for suitable tools which, if we want to transform an old machine into a machine allowing the automatic change of the tool, implies a change of all the tools.
The object of the invention is to provide a device for fixing a tool to a machine, which can be adapted to any machine without changing the tools.
Ce but est atteint avec le dispositif défini à la revendication 1.This object is achieved with the device defined in
- FIG. 1 is a plan view of a male element,
- FIG. 2 is a plan view of a female element,
- FIG. 3 is a section through a device according to the invention assembled comprising a male element and a female element,
- FIG. 4 is a side view of a male element,
- Figure 5 is a schematic view showing the device mounted on the arm of a backhoe.
To give a general idea of a device according to the invention, FIG. 5 represents the end of an
As can be seen in FIG. 5, the

In this way the attachment of the tool on the machine is simplified and allows a quick change of the tool.
Let us now consider in more detail how the device is made up.
In FIG. 2, we see a female element F. This element comprises a
The operation of the device for any tool change on a machine equipped with such a device is as follows:
- The
- The tool is disengaged by removing the V from the male element from the V from the female element.
- Another V of a male element fixed on another tool is introduced into the V of the female element fixed on the machine.
- The
As can be understood, the maneuver is simple and can be carried out in a very short time.
This device is very simple to manufacture and can be produced for many types of machines. It will suffice to make a female part for each type of machine and as many male parts as the machine has tools.
By design, this device prevents movement of the tool on the machine. Indeed, the two elements M and F once assembled have no play, because the two faces at 45 ° bear against each other. The 45 ° angle was chosen to allow good transmission of forces.
