Abstract

The lip seal for the centre board case of a sail board (1) has two support strips (3) let into the board body on either side of the opening (2) of the centre board case as well as two cover strips (5) which end flush with the profile (4) of the underwater part of the sail board, are designed as clamping strips and are intended for clamping in place in the support strips (5). Die Klemmleiste mit der Dichtlippe besitzt eine strömungsgünstige Oberfläche. Schließlich ist die Klemmleiste sehr kostengünstig herzustellen, da diese aus hartem Kunststoff, z.B. Polyvinylchlorid, und die Dichtlippe aus weichem Kunststoff, z.B.   6. Lip seal according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by support strips (3) of aluminium.
