Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein angetriebenes Einzelrad-Fahrwerk für Niederflur-Stadtbahnwagen unterschiedlicher Spurweite.The invention relates to a driven single wheel undercarriage for low-floor light rail vehicles of different track widths.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in folgendem: Es soll ein Fahrwerk geschaffen werden, das einen Stadtbahnwagen mit einem extrem niedrigen, vorzugsweise einstufig zugänglichen Fußboden ermöglicht. Unterschiedliche Spurweiten - z.B. Normalspur oder Meterspur - sollen ohne wesentliche Veränderungen des Fahrwerkes erzielbar sein. Weiter ist zu berücksichtigen, daß das Fahrwerk zum einen die Außenkontur des Wagenkastens nicht überragt, zum anderen einer bequemen Breite eines im Fußboden enthaltenen Mittelganges nicht entgegensteht; ersteres ist insbesondere bei normalspurigen Fahrzeugen problematisch, letzteres bei meterspurigen.The object of the invention is as follows: A chassis is to be created which enables a light rail car with an extremely low, preferably one-step accessible floor. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß am Längsträger eines Fahrwerkrahmens eine schwenkbare Radeinheit sowie ein Fahrmotor und ein die Radeinheit mit dem Fahrmotor verbindendes Getriebe angeordnet sind, wobei der Querträger eine die Spurweite des Fahrwerkes erbringende Länge aufweist.This object is achieved in that a pivotable wheel unit and a traction motor and a gear unit connecting the wheel unit to the traction motor are arranged on the longitudinal member of a chassis frame, the cross member having a track width of the chassis.

Um das Fahrwerk auch unter den bestehenden räumlichen Zwängen mit einem Bremssystem auszurüsten, ist gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß auf der Welle des Fahrmotors eine Bremsscheibe angeordnet ist. Die Radeinheiten 1 sind um Hochachsen 1b (siehe Fig. 2) schwenkbar gelagert und in ihrer Schwenkbewegung durch eine an Radauslegern 1a angreifende Spurstange 1c miteinander gekuppelt.
