Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zylinderkopfhaube mit Saugrohranlage nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a cylinder head cover with intake manifold according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es ist eine Brennkraftmaschine bekannt - DE-AS 23 39 356 - bei der die Saugrohranlage und die Zylinderkopfhaube baulich vereinigt sind. Diese Einheit ist starr am Zylinder mittels Schrauben befestigt. Dieser Ausführung haftet der Nachteil an, daß die Brennkraftmaschine über die Einheit, namentlich wegen letzterer starren Befestigungsart, störende Geräusche abstrahlt. Darüber hinaus wird die dem Zylinderkopf zugekehrte Wand der Zylinderkopfhaube beim Betrieb der Brennkraftmaschine permanent mit heißem Öl aus dem Zylinderkopf beaufschlagt, was zu einer unerwünschten Aufheizung der Saugrohranlage und folglich reduzierten Füllung von ihr nachgeschalteten Zylindern führt.An internal combustion engine is known - DE-AS 23 39 356 - in which the intake manifold system and the cylinder head cover are structurally combined. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Baueinheit Zylinderkopfhaube mit Saugrohranlage so am Zylinderkopf zu befestigen, daß Geräuschabstrahlungen reduziert werden. Diese Schrauben sind in Befestigungsschrauben des mehrteiligen Zylinderkopfs eingedreht, was einerseits eine sichere Halterung der Baueinheit gewährleistet und andererseits den mechanischen Aufwand für Gewindebohrungen im Zylinderkopf minimiert. Benachbart der Trennebene 16 weist die Zylinderkopfhaube 3 eine Wand 42 auf, die sich zwischen den Schenkeln 18, 19 erstreckt und Bestandteil des Rohrteils 11 der Saugrohranlage 9 ist. Damit diese Wand vor heißem Spritzöl aus dem Zylinderkopf geschützt ist, ist eine Abdeckung 43 vorgesehen. Die Abdeckung 43 ist eine ebene Platte 44, die mit der Dichtung 17 verbunden ist und sich entlang der Trennebene 16 erstreckt; der Raum 45 innerhalb der Zylinderkopfhaube 3 ist somit gegenüber dem Zylinderkopf 2 abgeschottet. Die Platte 44, die aus dünnwandigem Metallblech besteht, ist mit sickenartigen Versteifungen 46 versehen; die Platte 44 ist somit ein relativ formsteifer Rahmen.
