Definitions
- the invention relates to a lever lock for doors, gates or the like.
- a lever lock for doors, gates or the like In particular single or multi-leaf swing or sliding doors or gates.
- a latch bolt lock for gates is already known, in which a latch bolt, projecting over the outer edge of this gate wing or of the gate spar, is attached to a first gate wing or to a vertical gate spar that laterally closes it is fastened, for example welded, to the assigned second gate wing or goal post with a stop with an inclined slope and a recess receiving the latch bolt in its closed position. Furthermore, a locking stop is provided in this known closure, which is firmly connected to the latch and can be blocked by the locking bolt of a cylinder lock with a profile cylinder when the latch bolt is in its closed position.
- the latch bolt is pivotally mounted on a housing by means of a pivot pin which receives the cylinder lock and the locking stop connected to the latch bolt and is fastened to the outer surface of the first gate wing or gate spar.
- the blocking stop is either arranged directly on the pivot pin of the latch bolt or is provided on an arm projecting from the pivot pin.
- this latch bolt lies in front of the locking stop, so that it is blocked together with the latch bolt and the latter can therefore no longer be pivoted from its closed position into the open position. If, on the other hand, the locking bolt of the cylinder lock is pushed back into the retracted position, then the locking stop can be pivoted together with the pivot pin and the latch bolt arranged on it, whereby this latch bolt is pivoted out of the recess in the stop with run-up slope on the opposite gate wing and thus the gate is opened can.
- the object on which the invention is based is therefore to provide an improved lever lock of the type mentioned at the outset and to design it in such a way that it is substantially more robust and is distinguished by a very high load-bearing capacity, so that the profile cylinder mortise lock and other components of the lock cannot be damaged even if, for example the active wing is slammed vigorously towards the standing wing.
- a "lifting" of the locking bolt from its blocked firing position is practically completely excluded by any force.
- the constructive principle of separating the arrangement of the locking bolt with its pivot axis on the first wing (in particular the active leaf) or on a door or door jamb and the arrangement of the stop with an inclined sliding surface and the cylinder lock is implemented with locking bolts on the adjacent second wing (in particular the standing wing) or on an adjacent door or gate post, which advantageously achieves that when the one gate wing is strongly thrown, i. H. of the active leaf with the locking bolt, which is exposed to high bending and impact loads, the latter can move - within certain limits - as well as being heavy and robust, with complicated and sensitive locking mechanisms on the one equipped with the locking bolt Active leaf of the gate and the like can be completely dispensed with.
- the locking stop is hook-shaped, engages around the locking bolt in the lower locking position from above, but can be swung upwards into the open position, while it can be blocked by the lock in the lower locking position.
- the locking bolt can rest against a stop surface of the wing or post profile provided with the locking stop, which also absorbs the not inconsiderable forces when the gate slams shut.
- the locking bolt is preferably arranged at an upper end of a locking bolt angle leg, the lower end of which is attached to the axis of rotation on the first wing or the like, the locking bolt angle leg parallel to the longitudinal direction of one about the axis of rotation pivotable handle runs.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the lever lock results according to claim 4 in that on a side wall of the second wing or gate or door post, a housing for the hook-shaped locking stop is preferably attached in a height-adjustable manner, this housing protruding against the first wing or post or the like and one has elongated side recess from which the locking stop, which is mounted on a pivot axis in the manner of a lever mounted on one side, protrudes.
- the locking bolt of the lock is preferably extendable at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the hook-shaped locking stop from the hollow profile of the second wing or the like receiving the lock, this locking bolt engaging over the locking stop in its extended position, so that the latter is secure in its locking position is blocked.
- the aforementioned vertical distance between the locking bolt and the locking stop is also present when the locking stop is in its blocking and at the same time self-locked position.
- the locking bolt in its closed position and the locking stop in its blocking and at the same time self-locking are preferably blocked position so aligned in the common vertical plane that the respective longitudinal axes of the locking bolt and locking stop are aligned at right angles to each other.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the lever lock according to the invention is that the stop with the sliding bevel surface is fixedly attached to a front hollow profile wall of the second door or gate leaf or to a door or gate post, such that the upper pointed edge the Aufgleitschläg Structure points towards the locking stop, and that the locking stop is mounted in such a way on the front hollow profile wall or on the door or gate post on its pivot axis that the locking stop from its open position, in which the locking stop with its longitudinal axis is substantially horizontal is oriented to a pivoting angle of approximately 90 ° in its locking position, in which the locking stop is aligned with its longitudinal axis substantially in the vertical direction, such that the lower edge of the locking stop faces the pointed edge of the sliding inclined surface of the stop.
- the locking bolt when it is brought into its closed position, in which it engages in the recess of the stop with the sloping surface, is exactly in the area between this stop and the lower edge of the locking stop in its blocking position, the mutual vertical Distance between the locking bolt and locking stop in the common vertical plane is maintained. More precisely says, is this vertical distance the distance between an upper edge of the locking bolt and the already mentioned lower edge of the locking stop in its second pivot position.
- a further advantageous embodiment is that the fixed stop and the locking stop are arranged in relation to each other in such a way on the second door or gate leaf or on the door or gate post that in the locked position of the locking stop, the distance between the the lower edge of the locking stop and the upper pointed edge of the sliding bevel surface is smaller than the distance between the upper edge and the lower edge of the locking bolt.
- a particularly favorable, further embodiment of the lever lock according to claim 10 is that the locking stop is essentially plate-shaped and on one through the front hollow profile wall of the second wing or from a shaft or door jamb protruding shaft is attached or placed, this shaft in turn runs through the interior of the second wing or door or gate post formed by a hollow profile frame and rotatable with its end facing away from the locking stop in a bearing block on the rear hollow profile wall is stored, namely according to the intended swivel range of the locking stop between its open and locked positions, that is to say in particular corresponding to a swivel range of approximately 90 °.
- an actuating and blocking mechanism cooperating with a locking bolt of the lock for actuating and blocking the locking stop is accommodated in its locking position.
- Such an actuating and blocking mechanism can preferably be designed according to the principle of the "push crank", wherein, for example, an actuating rod attached to the locking bolt of the lock acts on the rotatably mounted shaft at an articulation point arranged eccentrically there.
- the preferred structural details of such an actuating and blocking mechanism result from claims 11 and 12.
- the reciprocating movement of the locking bolt of the cylinder lock when it is actuated that is to say the movement between rule the extended and the retracted position of the locking bolt, implemented via the slider crank mechanism in a correspondingly limited pivoting movement of the locking stop, which is arranged outside the hollow profile frame of the second wing or the like on the shaft, which when actuating the cylinder lock in a corresponding predetermined and limited rotary movement is preferably offset on a quarter circle, which ultimately results in a corresponding pivoting movement of the locking stop between its open position and locking position (and vice versa).
- the lever lock with the features of claim 6 and possibly with the further features according to claims 7-15 is characterized above all by a very high resilience of its components, any damage, in particular the locking stop or the cylinder lock, being practically completely excluded.
- the locking stop which has been pivoted into its locking position by mistake while the gate is still open, in which its lower edge toward the pointed edge of the sloping surface below the locking stop attached stop points out, will not be damaged in any way if, for example, the active leaf is slammed with the locking bolt and this thereby hits the adjacent door and gate leaf with great force.
- the predetermined vertical distance between the lower edge of the locking stop in its blocking position and the upper pointed edge of the stop with sliding bevel surface ensures that the locking bolt is no longer released from its blocking by any manipulation of the first or second door or gate leaf can be brought out, so that the so-called "lifting" is avoided.
- a double-leaf swing door has a first leaf 32, which, for example, forms the active leaf, and an adjacent, second wing 33, which then represents the standing wing.
- a locking bolt 34 which can be pivoted about an axis of rotation 38 is arranged on the front side and is in its closed position in the illustration drawn with solid lines, whereas the illustration drawn with dashed lines is an open position of the pivoted relative to this closed position Locking bar 34 reproduces.
- the swivel range between the closed position and the open position of the locking bolt 34 is indicated by the arrow 35.
- the locking bolt 34 has a lower edge 36 and an upper edge 37, the mutual distance between these two edges being denoted by d2, which is practically equivalent to the width of this locking bolt 34.
- 33 on the adjacent, second wing the following components of the lever lock designated as a whole with the reference number 31 are arranged:
- a stop 40 which interacts with the locking bolt 34 and is provided with a sliding inclined surface 41 and a recess 42 (cf. FIG. 2); in the area above the abovementioned stop 40, a pivoting stop 44 and a lock 45, for example in the form of a profile cylinder mortise lock, the profile cylinder being designated by the reference number 46.
- the locking bolt 34 is in his Closed position, in which it engages in the recess 42 of the stop 40 with the sliding inclined surface 41.
- the blocking stop 44 which is pivotably arranged above the stop 40, can be pivoted between a first pivot position, which is indicated in FIG. 1 by dashed lines, and a second pivot position, which is shown in FIG. 1 by solid lines, and vice versa, the latter Locking stop 44 is attached to a pivot axis 48 for the purpose of pivoting it, as will be explained in more detail below.
- the first pivoting position of the locking stop 44 corresponds to the open position in which the locking bolt 34 is released, while the second pivoting position forms the locking position in which the locking stop 44 is practically brought to the blocking position relative to the locking bolt 34 in its closed position.
- the blocking stop 44 can itself be blocked by the lock 45, more precisely by means of an actuating and blocking mechanism which interacts with a locking bolt 47 of the lock 45, as will be explained further below with reference to FIGS. 2, 3a and 3b is explained.
- the first wing 32 has a partially shown front hollow profile wall 32a, and correspondingly the opposite second wing 33 has a partially shown front hollow profile wall 33a.
- both the locking bolt 34 and the locking stop 44 iw lie in a common, parallel to the door plane iw fenden vertical plane, which is defined by a practically immediately opposite the front hollow profile walls 32a and 33a.
- the axis of rotation of the locking bolt 34 and the pivot axis 48 of the locking stop 44 are oriented perpendicular to this vertical plane and parallel to one another. If the vertical plane according to FIG. 1 as explained above corresponds to the paper plane, then these rotation and pivot axes 38 and 48 run perpendicular to the paper plane.
- the locking bolt 34 in its closed position and the locking stop 44 in its blocking and at the same time self-locked position are arranged with a predetermined mutual vertical distance in the common vertical plane, whereby it is practically the distance between the upper edge 37 of the locking bolt 34 and a lower edge 44 'of the locking stop 44.
- the respective longitudinal axes of the locking bolt 34 and locking stop 44 are also aligned at right angles to one another.
- the stop 40 with the sliding inclined surface 41 is so firmly attached, in particular welded, to the front hollow profile wall 33a that an upper pointed edge 43 (cf. also FIG. 2) of the sliding inclined surface 41 points in the direction of the locking stop 44.
- the locking stop 44 mounted on the front hollow profile wall 33a on its pivot axis 48 is from its already mentioned open position (shown by dashed lines), in which the locking stop blow 44 is aligned horizontally with its longitudinal axis iw, pivotable by a pivoting angle of approximately 90 ° into its already explained locking position (illustration with solid lines), in which the locking stop 44 is aligned with its longitudinal axis iw in the vertical direction.
- the horizontal lower edge 44 'of the locking stop 44 extends in such a way that it points towards the horizontal, pointed edge 43 of the sloping surface 41. It is now very important that the fixed stop 40 and the locking stop 44 are mounted in such a way in relation to one another on the front hollow profile wall 33a of the second wing 33 that in the locked position of the locking stop 44 the distance d 1 between the lower edge 44 'and the upper sharp edge 43 of the sliding inclined surface 41 is smaller than.
- the locking stop 44 is i w. plate-shaped and fastened on a shaft 49 projecting through the front hollow profile wall 33a of the second wing 33, that is to say practically of the standing wing, which in turn runs through the interior of the wing 33 formed by a hollow profile frame and is rotatably supported by its end facing away from the locking stop 44 in a bearing block 57 on a rear second hollow profile wall 33b of the hollow profile frame.
- the rotatability of this shaft 49 is adjusted in accordance with the pivoting range of approximately 90 ° of the locking stop 44 between its open and locked positions.
- the pivot axis 48 of the locking stop 44 is thus identical to the axis of rotation of the shaft 49.
- an actuating and blocking mechanism which interacts with the locking bolt 47 of the lock 45 and which serves to actuate and block the pivotable blocking stop 44 is arranged in the region between the front and rear hollow profile walls 33a and 33b.
- this actuation and blocking mechanism is formed in that the shaft 49 is divided into two parts and thus has a first shaft section 49a and a second shaft section 49b. These two shaft sections 49a and 49b are coupled to one another by a pivot pin 50 which is eccentrically oriented with respect to the pivot axis 48.
- an actuating rod 52 engaging on the locking bolt 47 at an articulation point 51 is connected on the other hand to the eccentrically located articulated pin 50.
- the locking bolt 47 has on its vertical front or front edge 54 facing the shaft 49 or the shaft section 49b a cylindrical recess corresponding to the shaft 49 53, which is in the retracted position of the locking bolt 47, as shown in FIG. 3a, at a predetermined distance from this cylinder surface, this distance being defined by the position of the actuating rod.
- the partially cylindrical recess thereof comes to bear against the cylinder surface of the shaft 49 or the second shaft section 49b, as can be seen from FIG. 3b, this position practically meaning the closed position of the lock 45 .
- the reciprocating movement of the locking bolt 47 when the lock 45 is actuated is indicated by an arrow 55 in FIGS. 3a and 3b.
- the shaft rotatably arranged inside the hollow profile frame of the second wing 33 can additionally be provided with a stop plate 58 (or a stop block) which is pushed onto the cylinder surface of the shaft section 49a and is fastened on this shaft section 49a by means of a fastening screw.
- This stop plate 58 serves at least in one of the First or second pivot positions of the locking stop 44 to stop on the side, third, hollow profile wall 33c, which runs parallel to the shaft 49 and connects the two front and rear hollow profile walls 33a and 33b to one another.
- FIGS. 3a and 3b show a further embodiment of an actuating and blocking mechanism for the locking stop 44, which is modified compared to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b.
- the actuating and blocking mechanism housed within the hollow profile frame of the second wing 33 can be designed in such a way that a shaft 61 carrying the locking stop 44 in front of the front hollow profile wall 33a (see FIG. 2) is provided, which shaft 61 according to FIG 2 corresponds and is also rotatably mounted within the hollow profile frame of the second wing 33.
- FIG. 6 a further modification of the actuating mechanism for the locking stop 44 is shown in FIG. 6, in which case a shaft 65 which is rotatably arranged between the front and rear hollow profile walls 33a and 33b of the second wing 33 according to FIG. 2 is preferably a central one is arranged cubic body 66, ie a body with a cube shape or quasi-cube shape, which cooperates with a fork-shaped end portion 67 of a locking bolt 47 ⁇ of the lock 45.
- cubic body 66 ie a body with a cube shape or quasi-cube shape
- This fork-shaped end section 67 has a first fork tine 67a and a second fork tine 67b, these two fork tines sliding over the upper and lower sides of the cube-shaped body 66 during a movement according to arrow 69, as a result of which the latter and thus the shaft 68 with the their attached stop 44 are blocked, once in the first pivot position of the stop, ie the open position, and the other in the second Swivel position, ie the blocking position of the blocking stop 44.
- a correspondingly limited rotational movement of the shaft 65 in accordance with the arrow 68 can take place in the released position, into which the fork-shaped end section 67 of the locking bolt 47 ⁇ is withdrawn, for example by manual operation or further actuating means (not shown here).
- a handle can be pivoted about an axis of rotation, on which the locking bolt is fixed at an angle attached and thus by means of this handle in a corresponding manner between its open and its closed position, as has already been explained with reference to FIG. 1.
- first and second leaves 32 and 33 can also be the leaves of a sliding gate for which the lever lock is provided.
- the lever lock designated overall by reference number 1 essentially consists of a handle 3 which can be pivoted about an axis of rotation 2 and to which a locking bolt 5 is fastened at an angle 4 of 90 ° .
- the axis of rotation 2 passes through the hollow profile of a first wing 6, preferably a walkway wing or, if appropriate, also the hollow profile of a goal post.
- the reference number 7 denotes an adjacent, second wing of the door, which is also preferably designed in the form of a hollow profile. Instead of a second gate wing, this could also be another goal post.
- a hook-shaped locking stop 9 which interacts with the locking bolt 5 and is provided with a sliding inclined surface 8, which stops upwards into a first pivoting position, i.e. can be pivoted into its open position, while in its second pivot position, i.e. in its lower locking position, as shown in FIG. 7, the locking bolt 5 extends substantially at right angles to the alignment of this locking bolt from above and can then be blocked even in this second pivoting position by a lock 10, with this lock again is preferably a profile cylinder mortise lock with a cylinder 17. In its closed position, the locking bolt 5 lies against a stop surface 11 which is formed by a side wall of the hollow profile of the second wing 7.
- the hook-shaped locking stop 9 with sliding sloping surface 8 is pressed upward by the locking bolt brought into its closed position until it then falls back down into its second pivot position, ie into its locked position, which is due to the dead weight of the hook-shaped Lock stop 9 happens.
- the handle 3 is moved away from the stop 9 pivots that the locking bolt 5 is pulled out, as it were, laterally upwards by lifting the locking stop 9 from its recess, so that the entire lever lock is unlocked.
- the locking bar 5 is arranged at the upper end 12 of a locking bar angle leg 13, the lower end 14 of which is attached to the axis of rotation 2.
- the locking bolt angle leg 13 runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the handle 3 and has approximately the same length as the locking bolt.
- the locking bolt angle leg 13 and the handle 3 form together with a connecting portion 2 'of the axis of rotation 2 in the closed position of the locking bolt 5 an upwardly open "U".
- the locking bolt 5 protrudes from the upper end 12 of the locking bolt angle leg 13 approximately at right angles to the locking stop 9, so that the locking bolt 5 has a downward torque in the locking direction due to its own weight. Complicated spring mechanisms and the like can therefore be dispensed with entirely.
- the cylinder 17 of the lock 10 is arranged in the hollow profile of the second wing 7, while the hook-shaped locking stop 9, on the other hand, protrudes from a separate housing 18, which on a side wall 19 pointing towards the hollow profile of the first wing 6 the hollow profile of the second wing 7 is attached.
- the housing 18 has an elongated side recess 20 from which the hook-shaped lock mounted on a pivot axis 30 in the manner of a lever mounted on one side stop 9 protrudes.
- a stop 22 provided with a further sloping sloping surface 21 is provided, which engages under the locking bolt 5 which is in its closed position with a recess (not shown here).
- the lock 10 has a schematically illustrated locking bolt 23 which is displaceably mounted at right angles to a longitudinal direction 24 of the hook-shaped locking stop 9 in such a way that it emerges laterally from the hollow profile of the second wing 7 receiving the lock 10 and, in its extended position, engages over the locking stop 9 .
- FIG. 8 also shows that a locking bar support 15 is also attached to the hollow profile of the first wing 6 by means of a weld seam 16.
- the locking bolt support 15 is provided with a locking bolt adjustment screw 25, which passes through the support 15 in the vertical direction and is provided with a rotation lock.
- the height of the locking bolt 5 in its closed position can thereby be adapted to changing requirements in a simple manner.
- this lock 10 is virtually unlocked again, the locking bolt 23 being retracted again, then the handle 3 can be pivoted in an arrow direction 28 to open the lever lock in such a way that the locking stop 9 is also in through a nose 29 of the locking bolt 5 the arrow direction 27 is lifted until the nose 29 of the locking bolt 5 can slip out of the locking stop 9, so that the locking bolt 5 is released and the gate is thus opened by pivoting the first wing 6, ie in this case the active leaf can be.
- the hook-shaped locking stop 9 cannot be raised in the direction of the arrow 27, as a result of which the gate is securely closed. If, for example, the second gate leaf 7 is then somehow raised and in the direction of the arrow 27, the locking bolt 5 can yield freely in the direction of the arrow 28, but the stop 22 prevents the interlocking between the locking bolt 5 and the locking stop 9 triggers.

Abstract
Description
-tore.The invention relates to a lever lock for doors, gates or the like. In particular single or multi-leaf swing or sliding doors or gates.
From DE-OS 25 37 243 a latch bolt lock for gates is already known, in which a latch bolt, projecting over the outer edge of this gate wing or of the gate spar, is attached to a first gate wing or to a vertical gate spar that laterally closes it is fastened, for example welded, to the assigned second gate wing or goal post with a stop with an inclined slope and a recess receiving the latch bolt in its closed position. Furthermore, a locking stop is provided in this known closure, which is firmly connected to the latch and can be blocked by the locking bolt of a cylinder lock with a profile cylinder when the latch bolt is in its closed position. In addition, the latch bolt is pivotally mounted on a housing by means of a pivot pin which receives the cylinder lock and the locking stop connected to the latch bolt and is fastened to the outer surface of the first gate wing or gate spar. In particular, in this known latch bolt lock the blocking stop is either arranged directly on the pivot pin of the latch bolt or is provided on an arm projecting from the pivot pin.
In the closed position of the latch bolt and the then extended locking position of the latch bolt of the cylinder lock, this latch bolt lies in front of the locking stop, so that it is blocked together with the latch bolt and the latter can therefore no longer be pivoted from its closed position into the open position.
In this known latch bolt or lever lock practically the cylinder lock interacts directly with the locking stop of the latch bolt, so that there is a risk that when the gate is strongly thrown or the lock and the latch bolt carrying the gate flow gels (pedestrian wing) occurring hard impacts on the latch bolt ultimately lead to damage to the lock mechanism. In addition, there is a risk in the known latch bolt lock that the lock can be opened by forcibly lifting or lowering one or the other gate wing without the cylinder lock itself being unlocked and the locking bolt being retracted because the latch bolt is then removed from the force lock by such force measures Have the cut-out in the stop on the opposite gate wing raised.
The object on which the invention is based is therefore to provide an improved lever lock of the type mentioned at the outset and to design it in such a way that it is substantially more robust and is distinguished by a very high load-bearing capacity, so that the profile cylinder mortise lock and other components of the lock cannot be damaged even if, for example the active wing is slammed vigorously towards the standing wing. At the same time it should be ensured with the new lever lock that a "lifting" of the locking bolt from its blocked firing position is practically completely excluded by any force.
This object is achieved in the lever lock with the features of the preamble of
Advantageous further refinements and developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
As the main idea of the invention, it is considered that the constructive principle of separating the arrangement of the locking bolt with its pivot axis on the first wing (in particular the active leaf) or on a door or door jamb and the arrangement of the stop with an inclined sliding surface and the cylinder lock is implemented with locking bolts on the adjacent second wing (in particular the standing wing) or on an adjacent door or gate post, which advantageously achieves that when the one gate wing is strongly thrown, i. H. of the active leaf with the locking bolt, which is exposed to high bending and impact loads, the latter can move - within certain limits - as well as being heavy and robust, with complicated and sensitive locking mechanisms on the one equipped with the locking bolt Active leaf of the gate and the like can be completely dispensed with.
In an advantageous embodiment of the lever lock according to
According to the development according to
A further advantageous embodiment of the lever lock results according to claim 4 in that on a side wall of the second wing or gate or door post, a housing for the hook-shaped locking stop is preferably attached in a height-adjustable manner, this housing protruding against the first wing or post or the like and one has elongated side recess from which the locking stop, which is mounted on a pivot axis in the manner of a lever mounted on one side, protrudes.
Due to the development according to
Another constructive solution for a lever lock, which is within the scope of the present invention, is characterized by the combination of the features according to
In particular, the aforementioned vertical distance between the locking bolt and the locking stop is also present when the locking stop is in its blocking and at the same time self-locked position.
According to claim 7, the locking bolt in its closed position and the locking stop in its blocking and at the same time self-locking are preferably blocked position so aligned in the common vertical plane that the respective longitudinal axes of the locking bolt and locking stop are aligned at right angles to each other.
In accordance with
As a result, the locking bolt, when it is brought into its closed position, in which it engages in the recess of the stop with the sloping surface, is exactly in the area between this stop and the lower edge of the locking stop in its blocking position, the mutual vertical Distance between the locking bolt and locking stop in the common vertical plane is maintained. More precisely says, is this vertical distance the distance between an upper edge of the locking bolt and the already mentioned lower edge of the locking stop in its second pivot position.
According to
In the closed position of the locking bolt and the blocking position of the locking stop (second pivoting position) it is thus ensured that the locking bolt cannot be lifted out of its closed position in any way.
In addition, it is advantageous in this embodiment of the lever lock if the entire mechanism for actuating and blocking the locking stop is accommodated within the hollow profile frame of the second wing, that is to say, for example, the standing wing.
For this purpose, a particularly favorable, further embodiment of the lever lock according to
Advantageously, then within the second wing or door or goal post forming hollow profile frame, for. B. the standing wing, d. H. So in the area between the front and rear hollow profile walls, an actuating and blocking mechanism cooperating with a locking bolt of the lock for actuating and blocking the locking stop is accommodated in its locking position.
Such an actuating and blocking mechanism can preferably be designed according to the principle of the "push crank", wherein, for example, an actuating rod attached to the locking bolt of the lock acts on the rotatably mounted shaft at an articulation point arranged eccentrically there. The preferred structural details of such an actuating and blocking mechanism result from
Because of this configuration, the reciprocating movement of the locking bolt of the cylinder lock when it is actuated, that is to say the movement between rule the extended and the retracted position of the locking bolt, implemented via the slider crank mechanism in a correspondingly limited pivoting movement of the locking stop, which is arranged outside the hollow profile frame of the second wing or the like on the shaft, which when actuating the cylinder lock in a corresponding predetermined and limited rotary movement is preferably offset on a quarter circle, which ultimately results in a corresponding pivoting movement of the locking stop between its open position and locking position (and vice versa).
In addition, however, there is also the possibility of designing the actuating and blocking mechanism for actuating and blocking the locking stop in a manner as follows from
Eine alternative Konstruktionsvariante für diesen Betätigungsmechanismus ergibt sich ferner aus Anspruch 15.An alternative design variant for this actuating mechanism also results from
The lever lock with the features of

In the arrangement shown in FIG. 1, a double-leaf swing door has a

In any case, the first pivoting position of the locking
As can further be seen from FIG. 1, the
In addition, the
In the blocking position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is practically impossible that the locking
As can further be seen from FIG. 1 in connection with FIG. 2, the locking
As further shown in FIG. 2, an actuating and blocking mechanism which interacts with the locking
As further shown in FIG. 3a, the locking
This results in the pivoting movement of the locking
As can also be seen from FIG. 4, the shaft rotatably arranged inside the hollow profile frame of the
In contrast, in order to return to the open position of the locking
A correspondingly limited rotational movement of the
In addition, there is also the possibility, as is not shown in the drawings in detail, that at least on one of the hollow profile walls, for example the
Otherwise, the first and
In the second embodiment variant shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the lever lock designated overall by
Arranged on the hollow profile of the second wing 7 is now a hook-shaped
In an advantageous manner, when the gate closes, the hook-shaped
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 8, the locking
As can further be seen from FIG. 7, the
The
When the gate closes, the locking
If, on the other hand, the locking bolt of the
