Description

The invention relates to a noise protection device on a vessel cleaning machine, the vessel cleaning machine being designed as a single-end machine, the feed opening and delivery opening being arranged one above the other on a front side of the vessel cleaning machine, the supply of the conveyed goods to the feed area and the removal of the conveyed goods from the delivery area essentially parallel to the front of the vessel cleaning machine running, separate conveyors and the upper of the two conveyors is set back from the lower of the two conveyors towards the front of the vessel cleaning machine.

In particular, the invention relates to a noise protection device for bottle washers, such as those used for the beverage, food and luxury goods industries and for the pharmaceutical industry. In the case of the vessel cleaning machines designed here as single-machine machines, the soiled goods to be cleaned are placed on the same side of the machine as the cleaned goods are dispensed. The dirt is fed on conveyor belts, for example, in the lower area of the machine and entered there into the machine, passes through the cleaning process in the cleaning machine and is cleaned as a product above the door out of the cleaning machine and is then removed via conveyor belts from the cleaning machine to subsequent processing stations.

A high level of noise arises both during the delivery process and during the delivery process, which can not only be uncomfortable for the operating personnel, but can also be harmful in the long run.

The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an effective noise protection device for a vessel cleaning machine of the type described above, which nevertheless does not impair unhindered access to the vessel cleaning machine.

This object is achieved in that on a support frame arranged on the front of the vessel cleaning machine, at least two noise barriers running parallel to the front of the vessel cleaning machine in mutually offset planes are held independently of one another essentially in the vertical direction, with a lower noise barrier in its closed position in the vertical direction at least the lower feed or discharge area located between the lower conveyor device and the upper conveyor device and an upper noise protection wall in its closed position in the vertical direction covers at least the upper discharge or feed area. Since, in the known vessel cleaning machines, the feed area is usually below and the delivery area is usually at the top, the lower noise protection wall thus covers the feed area and the upper noise protection wall covers the delivery area.

From DE-A-2632798 a bottle cleaning machine is known which has bottle feeding and bottle dispensing at different heights as well as two noise protection doors.

The noise protection device according to the invention allows rapid access to either the feed area or the delivery area by moving the respective noise protection wall into the open position, the other of the two areas remains closed by the other noise barrier. Of course, both noise barriers can also be opened at the same time if required.

Due to the division of the noise protection device into two separate units, the additional effect is achieved that the dirt area of the bottle washer is usually separated from the clean area, which is advantageous from a hygienic and bacteriological point of view. Even if the dirt area is thus opened by opening the lower noise barrier, the clean area usually remains closed, so that the noise level emanating from the clean area remains at a low level and at the same time, for example, bacterial influences from the dirt side are shielded by the closed upper noise barrier.

It is preferably provided that the opening position of the two noise barriers which releases the respective loading or delivery area is arranged above the respective closing position, so that the noise barriers are each opened upwards. In this case, it is expedient if, according to the invention, the lower transverse edge of the lower noise protection wall is in its open position above the upper delivery area, so that in the event that both noise protection walls are open, both the delivery area and the delivery area of the bottle washer is fully accessible.

A structurally particularly simple noise protection device is obtained if, according to a further advantageous feature of the invention, the support frame comprises two vertical supports, which are offset towards one another in the direction of the front side and are connected to one another by means of cross members, the upper noise protection wall being close to the front and the lower noise barrier is led to the supports far from the front of the bottle washer.

In particular, the supports remote from the front can extend down to the floor, the supports close to the front can extend down to approximately the level of the upper conveyor, and a cross member connecting the upper ends of the two supports can be attached to the bottle washer . The support frame of the noise protection device is thus supported on the outer supports on the floor and on the upper cross members on the bottle washer.

In an alternative, expedient manner, the lower ends of the supports remote from the front can end above the lower conveying device and can be fastened to the bottle cleaning machine via additional cross members. In this embodiment, the lower conveyor device can be removed in a particularly simple manner if it is to be removed, for example, for repair purposes.

The noise barriers are expediently guided on guide rails formed on the support frame, which can be designed in particular as guide tubes or guide rods, on which sliding sleeves connected to the noise barriers are guided. In order to ensure that the noise barriers move as smoothly as possible, they are expediently guided on the guide rails via ball bearings.

The noise barriers can be moved by an electric motor, pneumatically, hydraulically or manually. In order to have to use as little force as possible when moving the noise barriers, it is provided in a preferred embodiment of the invention that the noise barriers are connected to one end of traction cables, which run around at least one guide roller arranged on the support frame above the noise barriers and at the other end to carry a counterweight. It is particularly useful here if the counterweight is guided inside a vertical support of the support frame.

In order to enable monitoring or supervision of the operational sequence in the feed area and in the delivery area even with closed noise protection walls, it is expediently provided that the noise protection walls consist essentially of transparent material, in particular of transparent polycarbonate.

In order to reduce as far as possible noise radiation from the bottle washer through the space between the noise barriers spaced apart in parallel vertical planes, it is provided in an expedient development of the invention that the lower noise barrier is in its closed position up to approximately the height of the upper end of the one in the closed position extends second noise barrier and is substantially flat. In the usual vascular cleaning machines of the type in question here, the lower noise barrier in its closed position then extends regularly to above the ear height of the operating personnel, so that the operating personnel are protected from direct sound, the sound emitted in the upward direction being of secondary importance is.

According to a particularly preferred, alternative embodiment of the invention, the lower noise barrier has an upper section which extends upwards to approximately the vertical plane of the upper noise barrier. With such a design of the lower noise barrier, the lower feed area is practically completely encapsulated, so that when the lower noise barrier is closed, free upward noise emission is also prevented. Furthermore, such an arrangement is also expedient from a hygienic and bacteriological point of view.

In the case of a large width of the vessel cleaning machine, it can be expedient to provide a plurality of upper or lower noise barriers which are to be actuated independently of one another and are arranged side by side.

In a preferred development of the invention, the noise barriers can be angled inwards along their upper and lower edges, thereby ensuring the greatest possible closure of both the feed side and the discharge side. Furthermore, this stiffens the noise barriers, which provides an additional frame, which niches for bacteria and. Like. would represent, dispensable.

To increase the effectiveness of noise reduction, end walls can be attached to both ends of the area shielded by the noise barriers on the support frame, in particular screwed or suspended. In the area of the conveyor, the corresponding end wall is provided with an opening for the passage of the vessels to be transported.

First of all, reference is made to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The vessel cleaning machine, shown overall in these figures with the reference number 2 and shown in side view, has a feed area 4 and a delivery area 6 arranged above the feed area 4. The material to be cleaned is conveyed to the feed area 4 by means of a conveyor device 8 designed as a conveyor belt in a direction running transversely to the front of the vessel cleaning machine 2, ie. H. in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. In the feed area 4, the goods to be cleaned are conveyed in the direction of arrow A through a feed opening into the interior of the vessel cleaning machine 2, where the goods are cleaned in a known manner. The cleaned material leaves the vessel cleaning machine 2 in the delivery area 6 and is in turn conveyed from here by means of the conveyor device 10 arranged above the application area 4, for example in the form of a conveyor belt, parallel to the front of the vessel cleaning machine, i. H. perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. As can be seen from the figures, the upper conveyor device 10 is set back towards the vessel cleaning machine 2 with respect to the lower conveyor device 8.

A support frame, designated as a whole by reference number 12, comprises vertical supports 14 which are arranged along the front of the vessel cleaning machine 2 near the outer side wall 16 of the conveyor device 8 and are connected to the floor 20 via feet or anchors 18. The vertical supports 14 extend above the vessel cleaning machine 2. Horizontal cross members 22 are connected to the upper regions of the supports 14, the ends of which are screwed onto the housing of the vessel cleaning machine 2 at 24. Further vertical supports 26 are arranged opposite the supports 14 near the outer side wall 28 of the conveyor 10, are fastened at their upper ends to the cross member 22 and extend approximately to the level of the upper conveyor 10. The lower ends of the supports 26 are by means of horizontally extending cross members 30, the ends of which are fastened on the one hand to the supports 26 and on the other hand to the supports 14, connected to the supports 14.

The support frame 12 carries a lower noise barrier 32, which covers the delivery area 4, and an upper noise barrier 34, which covers the delivery area 6. Both noise barriers 32, 34 are arranged essentially vertically and consist essentially of transparent polycarbonate.

In the closed position shown in FIG. 1, the upper noise protection wall 34 extends approximately from the lower region of the upper conveyor device 10 to a vertical housing wall 36 which lies approximately in the same plane as the side wall 28 of the conveyor device 10 and is arranged above it . By means of wall sections 38, 40 angled towards the vessel cleaning machine 2, which extend along the upper and lower edge of the noise barrier 34, it is ensured that the noise barrier 34 is as soundproof as possible in its closed position. The dimensions of the wall sections 38, 40 are adapted to the respective special vessel cleaning machine.

In its closed position, the outer, lower noise protection wall 32 extends from below the conveyor device 8 to the level of the upper end of the upper noise protection wall 34. The noise protection wall 32 also has inwardly angled wall sections 41, 43 along its upper and lower edges.

The noise protection wall 34 on the vertical supports 26 and the noise protection wall 32 on the vertical supports 14 can be displaced from the closed position shown in FIG. 1 into the open position shown in FIG. 2 by means of suitable guide devices. For this purpose, guiding devices are provided along the supports 14 and the carrier 26, which can be designed, for example, in the manner shown in FIG. 5.

34 entspricht, so daß die Lärmschutzwand selbsttätig in jeder beliebigen Höhenlage bleibt.5 are formed by guide rods 42 which run parallel to the supports 14 or the supports 26 and are fastened to the ends thereof, on which ball-bearing sliding sleeves 44 are displaceably guided in the longitudinal direction. The sliding sleeves 44 are connected to the noise protection wall 32 or 34 via connecting elements 46. At the upper end of the support 14 or the vertical support 26, a rope pulley 48 is rotatably mounted about a horizontal axis, around which a rope 50 is guided, one end of which is connected to the noise protection wall 32 or 34, for example via the connecting element 46 and the other end of which carries a counterweight (not shown in any more detail) which is displaceably guided in the vertical direction within the support 26 designed as a hollow profile or the support 14 designed as a hollow profile. The counterweight is dimensioned such that it corresponds to the weight of the respective noise barrier 32 or 34, so that the noise barrier automatically remains at any height.

The noise barriers are moved pneumatically, hydraulically, by electric motor or manually. Due to the smooth running of the bearing and the counterweights provided, the noise barriers can in most cases be easily moved by hand.

In der geöffneten Position der beiden Lärmschutzwände befindet sich die Unterkante der äußeren Lärmschutzwand 32 in gleicher Höhe wie die Unterkante der innenliegenden Lärmschutzwand 34.2 that the entire operating area of the vessel cleaning machine is in the fully open state of both noise barriers 32, 34 2 is fully accessible. In the open position of the two noise barriers, the lower edge of the outer noise barrier 32 is at the same height as the lower edge of the inner noise barrier 34.

In order not only to seal the feed area 4 and the discharge area 6 to the front, but also to the side, these lateral areas are sealed by means of end walls 52, which are shown schematically in dash-dot lines in FIG. 1 and can either be screwed or hung onto the support frame 12. Those end walls through which the conveying devices 8, 10 pass are provided with corresponding openings for the passage of the conveyed vessels.

In the case of a larger width of the vessel cleaning machine, the noise protection walls 32, 34 can be constructed in several parts, in which case the individual sections can also be moved separately and independently of one another.

In the following, reference is made to the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4. This embodiment corresponds essentially to the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, so that the same reference numerals are used for corresponding parts. The difference between the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 to that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 lies in the different design of the lower noise protection wall 32 which closes the feed area 4. The noise protection wall 32 in the case of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is inclined upwards the upper half 54 bent towards the vessel cleaning machine 2. This upper section 54 extends when the noise protection wall 32 is closed and the noise protection wall 34 is closed, close to the lower edge of the upper noise protection wall 34. In this way, the task area 4 becomes acoustically practical when the lower noise protection wall 32 is closed completely encapsulated so that, in contrast to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the sound from the application area 4 cannot escape unhindered even in the upward direction.
