Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zudosieren von Waschmitteln bei Handbrausen mit einem behälterartigen Gehäuse, das mit einer Wasserdurchflußhülse versehen ist, zu der seitlich ein Waschmittelbehälter angeordnet ist, wobei auf das Gehäuse ein Anschlußstück aufschraubbar ist, das einen nach innen vorspringenden Rand aufweist, der zur Durchflußhülse einen Spalt für den Durchtritt des Waschmittels freiläßt und daß der Waschmittelbehälter mittels einer Spüldüse mit dem Wasserdurchfluß verbunden ist.
  • Eine Vorrichtung mit diesen Merkmalen ist bekannt (US-A 3 772 982), wobei sich in dem Waschmittelbehälter eine lösliche Waschtablette befindet und der Raum nach unten hin durch ein Sieb verschlossen ist. Der Wasserzufluß erfolgt zur anderen Seite hin und ist mit Hilfe des aufschraubbaren Anschlußstückes regelbar. Der Abstand des vorspringenden Randes zu dem Ende der Durchflußhülse definiert den Spalt für den Durchtritt des Wassers in den Waschmittelbehälter. Der wesentliche Nachteil dieser bekannten Vorrichtung besteht darin, daß ein nachträglicher Einbau zwischen der Handbrause und dem Brauseschlauch nicht möglich ist, da das Regeln des Dosierstromes über das aufschraubbare Anschlußstück erfolgt. Weiterhin ist diese Art der Regelung für flüssige Emulsionen nicht geeignet, da sich durch das aufschraubbare Anschlußstück eine Feindosierung nicht erreichen läßt. Außerdem ist der Waschmittelbehälter für die Aufnahme flüssiger Emulsionen nicht geeignet, da diese durch das Bodensieb und die Verbindung zur Durchflußhülse ablaufen.
  • Bekannt ist weiterhin eine derartige Vorrichtung (US-A 4 293 083), wobei seitlich von der Hauptleitung ein Waschmittelbehälter und ggf. ein Zusatzbehälter angeordnet sind. Der Durchfluß wird durch ein quer angeordnetes Ventil reguliert, das quer verschoben werden kann und weiterhin verdreht werden muß. In dem Ventil befindet sich eine Dosierkammer, die zum Befüllen in die eine Position geschoben werden muß, wobei die Öffnungen zum Einfüllen des Waschmittels übereinstimmen müssen. Zum Zudosieren des Waschmittels wird dann das Ventil in die eine seitliche Position verschoben, so daß das in der Kammer befindliche Waschmittel zudosiert werden kann. Der wesentliche Nachteil dieser bekannten Vorrichtung besteht darin, daß ein Einbau zwischen der abnehmbaren Handbrause und dem Brauseschlauch nicht möglich ist. Weiterhin ist die Bedienung aufwendig. Das Befüllen der Dosierkammer ist fraglich, da in der Dosierkammer immer ein Rest von Wasser zurückbleibt und trotz Entlüftung nicht entweichen kann. Außerdem ist ein Feindosieren kaum möglich, da das Ventil mit der Dosierkammer nicht spielfrei gefertigt werden kann. Dadurch kann der Wassersog den Vorratsbehälter von Emulsion leer saugen. Die Konstruktion ist aufwendig und teuer.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß ein nachträglicher Einbau an jeder beliebigen Brause möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß im Gehäuse quer zur Durchflußhülse ein verschiebbarer Schaltbolzen vorgesehen ist, der mit einer die Durchflußhülse verlängernden Bohrung versehen ist und der Raststellungen aufweist, daß die Bohrung im Schaltbolzen zum Anschlußteil eine Verbreiterung aufweist und daß im Boden des Waschmittelbehälters neben der Durchflußhülse die Spüldüse angeordnet ist, wobei durch Verschieben des Schaltbolzens die Spüldüse und der Durchfluß mittels der Bohrung verbunden sind.
  • Es ist vorteilhaft, daß das Anschlußstück drehbar an einer mit dem Gehäuse verbindbaren Überwurfmutter angeordnet ist.
  • Es wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, daß im Anschlußteil des Gehäuses ein Rückschlagventil angeordnet ist.
  • Die Erfindung bringt den Vorteil, daß die Vorrichtung nachträglich an jeder beliebigen Brause mit einfachen Mitteln eingebaut werden kann. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil besteht darin, daß konstruktionsbedingt ein Verstopfen bzw. ein Verkleben im Austritt zur Handbrause durch die Emulsion nicht passieren kann, da der Spalt für den Austritt der Emulsion beim Nachfüllen automatisch gereinigt wird. Die Vorrichtung besitzt weiterhin eine große Einfüllöffnung, die durch einfaches Abnehmen eines Anschlußstückes frei wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

  • Die Vorrichtung besitzt ein behälterartiges Gehäuse 1, in dessen Mitte eine Wasserdurchflußhülse 2 angeordnet ist. Zum Wasserzulauf hin mit dem Anschlußteil 3 ist ein Schaltbolzen 4 vorgesehen, der quer zur Durchflußhülse 2 verschoben werden kann. Der eigentliche Waschmittelbehälter 5 ist zum Wasseraustritt 6 hin von einem Anschlußstück 7 abgedeckt, das mit Hilfe einer Überwurfmutter 8 auf das Gehäuse 1 aufgeschraubt werden kann.
  • Der Rastbolzen 4 besitzt eine Durchflußbohrung 9, die den Wasserdurchfluß 10 in der Durchflußhülse 2 verlängert. Zum Anschlußteil 3 hin weist diese Bohrung 9 eine Verbreiterung 11 auf. Weiterhin befindet sich im Boden 12 des Waschmittelbehälters 5 unmittelbar neben der Durchflußhülse 2 eine Spüldüse 13. Im Gehäuse 1 ist ein Rastzapfen 14 angeordnet, der inbesondere die Schaltstellung des Bolzens 4 bei einem direkten Wasserdurchlauf markiert. Diese Stellung ist in den Figuren 1 und 2 erkennbar. Durch eine weiteres Verschieben des Schaltbolzens 4 nach rechts verbindet die Bohrung 9 sowohl den Wasserdurchfluß 10 als auch die Spüldüse 13, so daß das Spülmittel aus dem Behälter 5 unter Druck mit dem Brausewasser vermischt wird. Der Durchtritt der Emulsion erfolgt an einem schmalen Spalt 15 zwischen einem vorspringenden Rand 16 des Anschlußstückes 7 und der Durchflußhülse 2. Durch ein Verschieben des Schaltbolzens 4 nach links kann der Wasserdurchfluß abgesperrt werden. Die jeweiligen Einstellungen ergeben sich durch den in einer Nut 17 des Schaltbolzens 4 geführten Rastzapfens 14.
  • Um einen Rückfluß des Waschmittels zu verhindern, befindet sich in dem Anschlußteil 3 ein Rückschlagventil 18.
  • Das Anschlußstück 7 ist mit der Überwurfmutter 8 drehbar verbunden, beispielsweise durch eine Schnappverbindung 19 zwischen diesen beiden Teilen 7,8, wobei zur Aufschrauben des Teiles 7 die Handbrause nicht gedreht werden muß. Die Verbindung des Teiles 7 mit dem Gehäuse 1 kann dann durch einen einfachen Bajonettverschluß zwischen der Überwurfmutter 8 und dem Gehäuse 1 vorgenommen werden.

Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zudosieren von Waschmitteln bei Handbrausen mit einem behälterartigen Gehäuse (1) das mit einer Wasserdurchflußhülse (2) versehen ist, zu der seitlich ein Waschmittelbehälter (5) angeordnet ist, wobei auf das Gehäuse (1) ein Anschlußstück (7) aufschraubbar ist, das einen nach innen vorspringenden Rand (16) aufweist, der zur Durchflußhülse (2) einen Spalt (15) für den Durchtritt des Waschmittels freiläßt und daß der Waschmittelbehälter (5) mittels einer Spüldüse (13) mit dem Wasserdurchfluß (10) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (1) quer zur Durchflußhülse (2) ein verschiebbarer Schaltbolzen (4) vorgesehen ist, der mit einer die Durchflußhülse (2) verlängernden Bohrung (9) versehen ist und der Raststellungen aufweist, daß die Bohrung (9) im Schaltbolzen (4) zum Anschlußteil (3) eine Verbreiterung (11) aufweist und daß im Boden (12) des Waschmittelbehälters (5) neben der Durchflußhülse (2) die Spüldüse (13) angeordnet ist, wobei durch Verschieben des Schaltbolzens (4) die Spüldüse (13) und der Durchfluß (10) mittels der Bohrung (9) verbunden sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußstück (7) drehbar an einer mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbindbaren Überwurfmutter (8) angeordnet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Anschlußteil (3) des Gehäuses (1) ein Rückschlagventil (18) angeordnet ist.
