Derartige Vorrichtungen finden insbesondere bei Geißereibetrieben An­wendung, wo eine energiesparende Abtrennung von Speisern und Steigern vom Gußstück erwünscht ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer tragbaren Einrichtung, die einfach herzustellen ist, wirkungsvoll arbeitet und auch im rauhen Betrieb zuverlässig ist. Durch die erfinderischen Maßnahmen ist eine sehr einfache Vorrichtung geschaffen, deren Einzelteile leicht voneinander gelöst und ausgetauscht werden können, bei der aber troztdem eine hohe Betriebssicherheit gege­ben ist. Durch die Führung von Bolzen in Längsöffnungen ist gewährlei­stet, daß die die Seitenflächen des Keiles abdeckenden Körper sich in einer einfachen Bewegung bei Bewegen des Keiles nach außen verschieben und somit die gesamte Kraft zum Abbrechen der Speiser und Angüsse ver­wendet wird. Bildet man die Körper U-förmig aus, so ergibt sich eine leichte Herstellbarkeit und trotzdem erhält man eine hohe Biege­steifigkeit, was wiederum der Betriebssicherheit zu gute kommt. Auch die Verwendung von Federn, deren Länge unter Umständen einstellbar sein kann, gestattet es, auf einfache Weise die Anlagekraft der Körper an den Seitenflächen des Keiles einzustellen.The inventive measures create a very simple device, the individual parts of which can be easily detached and replaced, but which nevertheless provides a high level of operational reliability. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Linearmotor 1, in der ein Kolben 7 verschieblich angeordnet ist. Der Kolben 7 trägt einen Stößel 8, der beweglich mit einem Keil 4 verbunden ist. Bei Betätigung des Linearmotors 1 kann also der Keil 4 in eine Betriebsstellung gemäß Fig.2 gebracht werden. Die Seitenflächen des Keiles 4 werden zumindest teilweise von Körpern 2 abgedeckt. Wie man aus Fig.3 erkannen kann, sind diese Körper 2 U-förmig ausgebildet und umgreifen somit den Keil 4. An ihren Enden sind die Körper 2 über Bolzen 6 an einem Flansch 9 des Li­nearmotors angelenkt. Dieser Flansch 10 trägt bei dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel Längsöffnungen 5, in denen die Bolzen 6 gleiten kön­nen. Um die Bewegung der Bolzen 6 in den Längsöffnungen 5 zu verbessern, können die Bolzen an ihrem oberen Ende mit Rollen versehen sein, oder aber man verwendet einen Gleitstein. Die Achsen der Längsöffnungen ste­hen unter einem Winkel α, der der Hälfte des Scheitelwinkels des Kei­les 4 entspricht, oder unter einem größeren Winkel zur Normalebene N der Längsachse der Vorrichtung. Zusätzlich sind an den Körpern 2 Halte­bolzen vorgesehen, an denen die Enden einer Feder 3 angreifen. Diese Feder bewirkt, daß die Körper 2 stets an den Seitenflächen des Keiles 4 anliegen und daß bei einer Rückbewegung des Kolbens 7 in seine Aus­gangslage auch die Körper 2 in ihre Ausgangslage zurückkehren. In den Ausführungsbeispielen ist nur eine einzige Feder dargestellt, es ist jedoch möglich, auch mehrere Federn anzuordnen. Desgleichen können die Federn 3 durch andere geeignete Mittel, wie Hydraulik oder Pneu­matikzylinder und dgl. ersetzt werden.The device according to the invention consists of a linear motor 1, in which a piston 7 is arranged displaceably. Es ergibt sich eine Verstärkung der Linearmotorkraft nach dem Prinzip der schiefen Ebene quer zur Achse des Keiles 4. Es können somit große Speiserquerschnitte mit geringem menschlichen Kraftaufwand abgebrochen werden. Durch besondere Wahl von Gußkanalprofilen ist eine Optimierung der Bruchlage und ein gu­ter Schutz der Gußstücke möglich. Die Körper 2 können leicht ausge­ tauscht werden und man kann über Adapterstücke eine Anpassung der Vorrichtung an beliebige Abstände zwischen dem Gußstück und dem Spei­ser vornehmen. Durch die besondere Anordung der Längsöffnungen 5 er­reicht man eine Neutralisation der Biegekräfte an den Körpern 2 und die Federn 3 gewährleisten, daß die Körper 2 stets an den Seitenflä­chen des Keiles 4 anliegen, trotzdem aber eine sofortige Reaktion auf eine Bewegung des Keiles durch eine Bewegung der Körper 2 nach außen gegeben ist. Trotzdem ist aber eine hohe Betriebssicherheit gewährleistet, was insbesondere bei dem rauhen Betrieb, wie er in Gießereibetrieben herrscht, von großem Vor­teil ist. Durch die einfache Verbindung der einzelnen Teile ist es auch möglich, diese rasche und einfach zur reinigen und so eventuell zwischen den einzelnen Teilen eingedrungene Stäube und Partikelchen zu entfernen.The device according to the invention can be produced very easily since only simple bodies and surfaces are used. Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Speisern und Angüssen von einem Guß­stück, wobei ein Keil mit einem verschiebbaren Kolben verbunden ist und die Seitenflächen des Keiles von relativ zueinander bewegbaren Körpern überdeckt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körper (2) über in Längsöffnungen (5) geführte Bolzen (6) mit einem Linearmo­tor (1) verbunden sind, dem der Kolben (7) zugeordnet ist, und durch Druck- und/oder Zugeinrichtungen (3) mit den Seitenflächen des Keiles (4) in Anlage gehalten sind.1.
