Abstract

For attaching fasteners which can be inserted into undercut drill holes and have an expanding element capable of expansion by rotating its shank, it has been necessary hitherto to use special tools for fixing in the drill hole. For attaching the fasteners, an intermediate piece is proposed, which can be mounted on the drill of a drilling machine and transmits the torque from the drill to the fastener. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Festsetzen von Befesti­gungselementen gemäß der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs.The invention relates to a device for fixing fasteners according to the preamble of the main claim.

Für den Einsatz in hinterschnittenen Bohrlöchern werden Befestigungs­elemente verwendet, die an ihrem in das Bohrloch eingesetzten Ende ein Spreizelement besitzen, welches von einem Spreizkörper im Bereich der Hinterschneidung des Bohrlochs aufgespreizt wird. Der Spreizkörper kann dabei als Spreizkonus ausgebildet sein, der in das hülsenförmige Spreiz­element beim Spreizvorgang durch Drehung am Schaft des Befestigungsele­mentes einziehbar ist. Zu diesem Zweck kann der Spreizkörper über ei­nen Gewindestab mit dem Schaft des Befestigungselementes verbunden sein und eine am Bohrlochgrund angreifende Drehsicherung besitzen, so daß bei Drehung des Schaftes sich der Spreizkörper nicht mitdreht und in die Spreizhülse eingezogen wird. Die Spreizhülse weitet sich dadurch auf und greift in die Hinterschneidung des Bohrloches ein. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs ge­nannten Gattung durch die im Hauptanspruch angegebenen Merkmale erhal­ten. Die als Zwischenstück ausgebildete Vorrichtung stellt eine dreh­feste Verbindung zwischen Schaft des Befestigungselementes und dem in eine Bohrmaschine eingesetzten Bohrer dar, so daß das vom Bohrer aus­gehende Drehmoment über das Zwischenstück am Schaft des Befestigungs­elementes angreift. Als Bohrmaschine wird vorzugsweise eine Maschine mit Schlagwerk verwendet, so daß die vom Schlagwerk auf das Zwischen­stück übertragenen Schläge auch auf das Schaftende des Befestigungs­elementes wirken und dieses bei gleichzeitiger Drehung in das Bohr­loch bis zum Bohrlochgrund schnell eintreiben. Bei Anlage des Befes­tigungselementes am Bohrlochgrund wird nun infolge des am Schaft des Befestigungselementes angreifenden Drehmoments der Spreizkonus in das Spreizelement eingezogen, so daß dieses im Bereich der Hinterschnei­dung aufspreizt. Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zum Festsetzen von Befestigungselementen, die in hin­terschnittene Bohrlöcher einsetzbar sind und ein durch Drehung ihres Schaftes in der Bohrlochhinterschneidung aufspreizbares Spreizelement haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ein Zwischenstück (1,15) ist, welches einer­seits eine erste Aufnahme (8, 16) für die Bohrerspitze (4) eines von einer Bohrmaschine angetriebenen Bohrers (9, 17) und anderer­seits eine zweite Aufnahme (10, 21) für das Schaftende des Befesti­gungselements (23) hat, und daß über das Zwischenstück (1, 15) eine drehfeste Verbindung zwischen Bohrer (9, 17) und Schaft (27) des Befestigungselementes (23) besteht.1.
