Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum hydrierenden Aufbereiten von Altölen zu Zweitraffinaten in Form von Schmierölen angegeben. Bei diesem Verfahren werden ökologisch unerwünschte Nebenprodukte oder Abfälle vermieden, ohne daß aufwendige Trennschritte oder Reak tionsbedingungen oder die Verwendung kostspieliger Katalysato ren erforderlich ist. Insbesondere wird erreicht, daß auch stark kontaminierte Altöle, also solche, die Organochlorverbin dungen, insbesondere PCB, chlorierte Dioxine und Dibenzofurane in Konzentrationen oberhalb bestimmter Grenzwerte aufweisen, ebenfalls als Zweitraffinat, insbesondere als Schmieröl, wieder verwertbar sind; sie müssen also nicht mehr z. B. in einem Hochtemperaturverbrennungsprozeß vernichtet werden. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Altöl zunächst lediglich von groben Feststoffen befreit und nachfolgend unter Zugabe von Wasserstoff einer Hydrierung in einer Sumpfphase bei Drücken von vorzugsweise 150 bar und Temperaturen von vorzugsweise 350° C unterzogen; danach erfolgt eine Trennung der Reaktionsprodukte in das Schmieröl und insbesondere feststoffhaltige Nebenprodukte.
