Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Metallbearbeitungs­ flüssigkeiten für spanabhebende Schneidearbeiten mit einem Gehalt an

  • a) mindestens 1 einfachen Salz und/oder Doppel­ salz von Ammonium, Akalimetallen und/oder Metallen der zweiten Gruppe des Periodischen Systemes, das im Schmelzzustand bis minde­ stens 1 000°C stabil ist, als Schmiermittel
    und gegebenenfalls
  • b) mindestens 1 Substanz, welche in wäßriger Phase während des Arbeitsablaufes der Metall­ bearbeitung "Tribopolymere" zu bilden vermag, als Promotor(en)
    und/oder gegebenenfalls
  • c) mindestens 1 von mineralischen, pflanzlichen und/oder synthetischen Schmierstoffen ver­ schiedenen, in Metallbearbeitungsflüssigkei­ ten üblichen Zusatzstoff(en).
