Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen 90°-Koppler, insbesondere 3dB-Interdigitalkoppler in Dünnschichttechnik, bei dem auf einem dielektrischen Substrat (S) mehrere gekoppelte Streifenleitungen (1,2,3,4) mit eng benachbartem Verlauf zueinander aufgebracht sind. Hierbei treten bei tiefen Frequenzen als Folge der Lei­ tungsverluste Abweichungen von der 90°-Phase auf.
Zur Gewährleistung einer Phasendifferenz von 90° ist erfindungs­ gemäß vorgesehen, daß zwischen den Koppelleitern (1,2,3,4) etwa in der Mitte der Koppelstrecke ein ohmscher Widerstand (R) ein­ gefügt ist.
