Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein wärmetechnisches Gerät, insbesondere Brauchwasserspeicher und/oder Heizkessel gemäß Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a thermal device, in particular hot water tank and / or boiler according to the preamble of the main claim.

Derartige wärmetechnische Geräte sind bspw. nach der CA-A 1 195 910 bekannt. Auch bei diesen Geräten ist man im Zuge moderner Fertigungsmethoden dazu übergegangen, den Zwischenraum zwischen Innengehäuse und äußerem, dünnwandigem Umschließungsgehäuse mit wärmeisolierendem Material zu füllen. Da die Innengehäuse, insbesondere, wenn es sich um Brauchwasserspeicher- oder Heizkesselgehäuse handelt, immer entsprechende Anschlußstutzen aufweisen, die auch aus dem äußeren Gehäuse herausgeführt werden müssen, wurden die erforderlichen Durchstecköffnungen in der Wand des äußeren Gehäuses so knapp wie möglich bemessen, um gerade noch den Speicherbehälter mit seinen Anschlußstutzen einigermaßen bequem einfädeln zu können und um ferner möglichst klein bemessene Durchtrittspassagen zu erreichen, damit möglichst wenig von dem eingefüllten Isolationsmaterial aus den vorhandenen Spalten austreten konnte. Um dies aber grundsätzlich überhaupt zu verhindern, wurden die möglichen Austrittsspaltbereiche von innen mit Weichschaum abgedeckt bzw. abgedichtet. Beim Gerät nach der CA-A 1 195 910 erfolgt dies in ähnlicher Weise mit um die Abgangsstutzen und die Öffnungsränder der Durchgriffsöffnungen anformbarer Dichtungsmasse. Da damit eine Distanzfixierung zwischen Außen-und Innengehäuse in den Durchgriffsbereichen nicht möglich ist, ist beim Gerät nach der CA-A 1 195 910 eine aufblasbare Manschette vorgesehen, die kurz über dem Anordnungsbereich des Brenners angeordnet und nach dem Ausschäumen mit Isolationsmaterial wieder entfernt wird.Such thermal devices are known, for example, according to CA-A 1 195 910. Unter "begrenzt elastischem Abstands- und Öffnungsabdichtflanschstück" ist dabei zu verstehen, daß sowohl diese innen anzuordnende als auch das von außen dagegen anzuordnende Flanschstück aus einem bezüglich seiner Elastizität derart eingestellten Kunststoffmaterial besteht, daß sich dieses gerade beim Zusammenspannen der beiden Abdichtelemente an den Formverlauf der betreffenden Wand des Außengehäuses noch anpassen kann. Ferner ist unter der Maßgabe, daß das Öffnungsabdichtflanschstück stellungsfixiert am Anschlußstutzen sitzen soll, so zu verstehen, daß sich bei Einpassen des Innengehäuses in das äußere Gehäuse zwangsläufig exakt der gewünschte Abstand ergibt. Die vorerwähnte, in bestimmter Weise eingestellte Elastizität des Flanschstückes bzw. seines Durchgriffsteiles ist auch insoweit wesentlich, als das Durchgriffsteil des Öffnungsabdichtflanschstückes dicht passend auf dem Anschlußstutzen des Innengehäuses sitzen muß, um auch in diesem Bereich mit Sicherheit einen Materialaustritt beim Füllen zu verhindern. Bezüglich der Stellungsfixierung des Öffnungsabdichtflanschstückes, das insoweit auch als Abstandsflanschstück fungiert, ist das Gerät derart ausgebildet, daß am Durchgriffsteil und zwar am Rand seiner äußeren Stutzendurchstecköffnung ein Aufsatzanschlag vorgesehen ist. Dieser Aufsatzanschlag wird bspw. in Form mindestens eines dünnwandigen Hakens oder eines die äußere Stutzendurchstecköffnung des Öffnungsdurchgriffsteiles übergreifenden Bügels oder einer korbartigen Haube ausgebildet, was im einzelnen noch näher erläutert wird. Für die nachfolgend nähere Beschreibung des wärmetechnischen Gerätes wird der Einfachheit halber allein auf einen Brauchwasserspeicher Bezug genommen, wie er bspw. in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist. Dieser besteht aus einem mit einem äußeren, dünnwandigen Gehäuse 11 in Distanz umschlossenen Innengehäuse 2 mit mindestens einem eine Durchgriffsöffnung 10 der Wand des Außengehäuses 11 durchgreifenden Anschlußstutzen 1, wobei der Zwischenraum zwischen Innen- und Außengehäuse 2, 11 mit isolierendem Material 13 ausgefüllt ist. Der hier interessierende Durchgriffsbereich des Anschlußstutzens 1 durch die Wand des Außengehäuses 11 aus Feinblech ist vergrößert in Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, die aber im Maßstab 1:1 etwa den normalerweise gegebenen konstruktiven Verhältnissen entspricht. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, ist auf dem betreffenden Anschlußstutzen 1 des Innengehäuses 2 dicht passend und stellungsfixiert das begrenzt elastisch ausgebildete Abstands- und Öffungsabdichtflanschstück 3 angeordnet und zwar mit seinem Öffnungsdurchgriffsteil 4, auf dem von außen ein in seiner Form entsprechend angepaßtes, ebenfalls begrenzt elastisches weiteres Abdichtflanschstück 6 aufgespannt sitzt. Die Flanschteile 7, 8 der beiden Flanschstücke 3, 6 decken dabei den Umfangsrandbereich 9 der Durchgriffsöffnung 10 in der Wand des Außengehäuses reichlich ab, so daß die Durchgriffsöffnung 10 in bezug auf den Außendurchmesser des Durchgriffsteiles 4 keineswegs knapp bemessen sein muß, was die Einbringung des Innengehäuses in das äußere Gehäuse erleichtert, da ja der mindestens eine Anschlußstutzen 1 dabei in die Durchgriffsöffnung 10 eingefädelt werden muß. Gemäß Fig. 4 kann aber dieser Anschlag 5 bevorzugt und wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, auch in Form einer korbartigen Haube 19 ausgebildet sein. Die Materialstärke sowohl für eine Hakenausbildung, eine Bügelausbildung oder eine korbartige Haubenausbildung ist so dünn gehalten, daß diese Anschläge nach Fertigstellung, d.h. nach erfolgter Ausfüllung des Zwischenraumes einfach abgeschnitten werden kann, da diese Anschläge dann ja nicht mehr benötigt werden und das Anschlußgewinde am Anschlußstutzen freigelegt werden muß, um irgendwelche Anschlußleitungen mit geeigneten Fittings anschließen zu können. Abgesehen von der Anschlagfunktion erfüllen dabei die verschiedenen Ausführungsformen der Anschlagausbildungen, wie erläutert, natürlich auch eine Schutzfunktion in bezug auf das Gewinde am Anschlußstutzen 1, aber auch auf den Öffnungsrand der Durchgriffsöffnung in der Wand des Außengehäuses 11, der ja, aus Feinblech bestehend, entsprechend empfindlich ist. Claims (5)

1. A heating apparatus, more particularly a storage tank for consumption water and/or a boiler, consisting of an inner housing (2) surrounded by an outer, thin-walled housing (11) spaced therefrom, said inner housing (2) having at least one connecting member (1) passing through an access opening (10) in the wall of the outer housing (11) and sealed off by means of a gasket, the space between the inner and outer housings (2, 11) being filled with heat-insulating plastic foam (13), characterised in that a first flanged member (3) of limited flexibility, acting as a spacer and sealing the opening, is arranged in tight- fitting manner on the associated connecting member (2) of the inner housing (2), said flanged member having a projecting part (4), a second flanged spacing member (6) of corresponding shape and again of limited flexibility being stretched thereover from the outside, the flange parts (7, 8) of the flanged members (3, 6) being arranged to cover the circumferential edge region (9) of the access opening (10) which is located between said flange parts (7, 8), whilst the projecting part (4) is further provided with a fitting attachment (5) at the edge of its outer opening (17) for the insertion of the connecting member.
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the projecting part (4) of the flanged member (3), acting as a spacer and sealing the opening, has an external thread (14) and the second flanged spacing member (6) is screwed onto said thread (14).
3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the flange parts (7, 8) of the two flanged members (3, 6) are provided on their outer periphery with an encircling sealing lip (15).
4. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the fitting attachment (5) of the projecting part (4) is constructed in the form of at least one thin-walled hook (16) or a bracket (18) engaging over the outer opening (17) provided in the projecting part (4) for the insertion of the connecting member or is constructed like a basket-shaped cowling (19).
5. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a rotary gripping surface (20) is formed on the outside of the second flanged member (6).
