Abstract

1. A heating apparatus, more particularly a storage tank for consumption water and/or a boiler, consisting of an inner housing (2) surrounded by an outer, thin-walled housing (11) spaced therefrom, said inner housing (2) having at least one connecting member (1) passing through an access opening (10) in the wall of the outer housing (11) and sealed off by means of a gasket, the space between the inner and outer housings (2, 11) being filled with heat-insulating plastic foam (13), characterised in that a first flanged member (3) of limited flexibility, acting as a spacer and sealing the opening, is arranged in tight-fitting manner on the associated connecting member (2) of the inner housing (2), said flanged member having a projecting part (4), a second flanged spacing member (6) of corresponding shape and again of limited flexibility being stretched thereover from the outside, the flange parts (7, 8) of the flanged members (3, 6) being arranged to cover the circumferential edge region (9) of the access opening (10) which is located between said flange parts (7, 8), whilst the projecting part (4) is further provided with a fitting attachment (5) at the edge of its outer opening (17) for the insertion of the connecting member.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein wärmetechnisches Gerät, insbeson­dere Brauchwasserspeicher und/oder Heizkessel gemäß Oberbe­griff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a thermal device, in particular hot water tank and / or boiler according to the preamble of the main claim.

Derartige wärmetechnische Geräte sind hinlänglich bekannt und bedürfen insoweit keines speziellen druckschriftlichen Nach­weises. Im Zuge moderner Fertigungsmethoden ist man inzwi­schen dazu übergegangen, den Zwischenraum zwischen Innenge­häuse und äußerem, dünnwandigem Umschließungsgehäuse mit wär­meisolierendem Material zu füllen. Da die Innengehäuse, ins­besondere, wenn es sich um Brauchwasserspeicher- oder Heiz­kesselgehäuse handelt, immer entsprechende Anschlußstutzen aufweisen, die auch aus dem äußeren Gehäuse herausgeführt werden müssen, wurden die erforderlichen Durchstecköffnungen in der Wand des äußeren Gehäuses so knapp wie möglich bemes­sen, um gerade noch den Speicherbehälter mit seinen Anschluß­stutzen einigermaßen bequem einfädeln zu können und um ferner möglichst klein bemessene Durchtrittspassagen zu erreichen, damit möglichst wenig von dem eingefüllten Material aus den vorhandenen Spalten austreten konnte. Um dies aber grundsätz­lich überhaupt zu verhindern, wurden die möglichen Austritts­spaltbereiche von innen mit Weichschaum abgedeckt bzw. abge­dichtet. Eine genaue Distanzfixierung zwischen dem Innenge­häuse und der äußeren Ummantelung bzw. dem in der Regel aus Feinblech gebildeten äußeren Gehäuses war dabei nicht ohne weiteres möglich und eine genaue Fixierung des Außengehäuses in bezug auf die Abgangsstutzen erfolgte lediglich durch von außen auf die Stutzen aufschraubbare Rosetten. Ungeachtet dieser Maßnahme ist jedoch bei geringsten Unebenheiten, ins­besondere bei runden Mänteln keine ausreichende und einwand­freie Abdichtung für den Füllvorgang erreichbar, und es tritt sofort an diesen Stellen Füllmaterial (bspw. Kunststoff­schaum) aus. Nachträglich nach Einbringung des Innengehäuses in das Außengehäuse Innendruck durch geeignete Elemente aus­üben zu wollen ist praktisch nicht mehr möglich, da diese Stellen weder eingesehen werden können noch zugänglich sind.Such thermal devices are well known and do not require any special printed evidence. Unter "begrenzt elastischem Abstands- und Öffnungsabdicht­flanschstück" ist dabei zu verstehen, daß sowohl dieses innen anzuordnende als auch das von außen dagegen anzuordnende Flanschstück aus einem bezüglich seiner Elastizität derart eingestellten Kunststoffmaterial besteht, daß sich dieses ge­rade beim Zusammenspannen der beiden Abdichtelemente an den Formverlauf der betreffenden Wand des Außengehäuses noch an­passen kann. Ferner ist unter der Maßgabe, daß das Öffnungs­abdichtflanschstück stellungsfixiert am Anschlußstutzen sit­zen soll, so zu verstehen, daß sich bei Einpassen des Innen­gehäuses in das äußere Gehäuse zwangsläufig exakt der ge­ wünschte Abstand ergibt. Die vorerwähnte, in bestimmter Weise eingestellte Elastizität des Flanschstückes bzw. seines Durchgriffsteiles ist auch insoweit wesentlich, als das Durchgriffsteil des Öffnungsabdichtflanschstückes dicht pas­send auf dem Anschlußstutzen des Innengehäuses sitzen muß, um auch in diesem Bereich mit Sicherheit einen Materialaustritt beim Füllen zu verhindern. Bezüglich der Stellungsfixierung des Öffnungsabdichtflanschstückes, das insoweit auch als Ab­standsflanschstück fungiert, ist das Gerät vorteilhaft derart ausgebildet, daß am Durchgriffsteil und zwar am Rand seiner äußeren Stutzendurchstecköffnung ein Aufsatzanschlag vorgese­hen ist. Dieser Aufsatzanschlag wird bspw. in Form mindestens eines dünnwandigen Hakens oder eines die äußere Stutzendurch­stecköffnung des Öffnungsdurchgriffsteiles übergreifenden Bü­gels oder einer korbartigen Haube ausgebildet, was im einzel­nen noch näher erläutert wird. Auf jeden Fall ist damit dafür gesorgt, daß beim Aufstecken des Abstands- und Öffnungsab­dichtflanschstückes auf den Anschlußstutzen vor Einbau des Innengehäuses in das äußere Gehäuse das Flanschstück nur bis zu einer ganz bestimmten Stelle auf den Anschlußstutzen auf­gesteckt werden kann, welche Stellung dann exakt die ge­wünschte Distanz zwischen dem Innengehäuse und dem äußeren dünnwandigen Gehäuse repräsentiert.Under "limited elastic distance and opening sealing flange piece" is to be understood that both this inside to be arranged and the outside to be arranged against flange piece consists of a plastic material adjusted in terms of its elasticity so that this just when tightening the two sealing elements to the shape of the can still adjust the relevant wall of the outer housing. Für die nachfolgend nähere Beschreibung des wärmetechnischen Gerätes wird der Einfachheit halber allein auf einen Brauch­wasserspeicher Bezug genommen, wie er bspw. in Fig. 1 darge­stellt ist. Dieser besteht aus einem mit einem äußeren, dünn­wandigen Gehäuse 11 in Distanz umschlossenen Innengehäuse 2 mit mindestens einem eine Durchgriffsöffnung 10 der Wand des Außengehäuses 11 durchgreifenden Anschlußstutzen 1, wobei der Zwischenraum zwischen Innen- und Außengehäuse 2, 11 mit iso­lierendem Material 13 ausgefüllt ist. Der hier interessie­rende Durchgriffsbereich des Anschlußstutzens 1 durch die Wand des Außengehäuses 11 aus Feinblech ist vergrößert in Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, die aber im Maßstab 1:1 etwa den norma­lerweise gegebenen konstruktiven Verhältnissen entspricht. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, ist auf dem betreffenden An­schlußstutzen 1 des Innengehäuses 2 dicht passend und stel­lungsfixiert das begrenzt elastisch ausgebildete Abstands- und Öffungsabdichtflanschstück 3 angeordnet und zwar mit seinem Öffnungsdurchgriffsteil 4, auf dem von außen ein in seiner Form entsprechend angepaßtes, ebenfalls begrenzt ela­stisches weiteres Abdichtflanschstück 6 aufgespannt sitzt. Die Flanschteile 7, 8 der beiden Flanschstücke 3, 6 decken dabei den Umfangsrandbereich 9 der Durchgriffsöffnung 10 in der Wand des Außengehäuses reichlich ab, so daß die Durch­griffsöffnung 10 in bezug auf den Außendurchmesser des Durch­griffsteiles 4 keineswegs knapp bemessen sein muß, was die Einbringung des Innengehäuses in das äußere Gehäuse er­leichtert, da ja der mindestens eine Anschlußstutzen 1 dabei in die Durchgriffsöffnung 10 eingefädelt werden muß. Gemäß Fig. 4 kann aber dieser Anschlag 5 bevorzugt und wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, auch in Form einer korbartigen Haube 19 ausgebildet sein. Die Materialstärke sowohl für eine Hakenausbildung, eine Bügelausbildung oder eine korbartige Haubenausbildung ist so dünn gehalten, daß diese Anschläge nach Fertigstellung, d.h. nach erfolgter Ausfüllung des Zwi­schenraumes einfach abgeschnitten werden kann, da diese An­schläge dann ja nicht mehr benötigt werden und das Anschluß­gewinde am Anschlußstutzen freigelegt werden muß, um irgend­welche Anschlußleitungen mit geeigneten Fittings anschließen zu können. Abgesehen von der Anschlagfunktion erfüllen dabei die verschiedenen Ausführungsformen der Anschlagausbildungen, wie erläutert, natürlich auch eine Schutzfunktion in bezug auf das Gewinde am Anschlußstutzen 1, aber auch auf den Öff­nungsrand der Durchgriffsöffnung in der Wand des Außengehäu­ses 11, der ja, aus Feinblech bestehend, entsprechend emp­findlich ist. Da für eine derartige Schutzfunktion die Aus­führungsform des Anschlages 5 gemäß Fig. 4 am besten geeignet ist, wird diese Ausführungsform bevorzugt. Wärmetechnisches Gerät, insbesondere Brauchwasserspei­cher und/oder Heizkessel, bestehend aus einem mit einem äußeren, dünnwandigen Gehäuse (11) in Distanz umschlos­senen Innengehäuse (2) mit mindestens einem eine Durch­griffsöffnung (10) der Wand des Außengehäuses (11) durchgreifenden Anschlußstutzens (1), wobei der Zwi­schenraum zwischen Innen- und AußenEHÄUSE (2, 11) mit wärmeisolierendem Kunststoff (13) ausgeschäumt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf dem betreffenden Anschlußstutzen (1) des Innen­gehäuses (2) dicht passend und distanzstellungsfixiert ein begrenzt elastisches Abstands- und Öffnungsabdicht­flanschstück (3) mit Öffnungsdurchgriffsteil und auf diesem von außen ein in seiner Form entsprechend ange­paßtes, ebenfalls begrenzt elastisches, weiteres Ab­dichtflanschstück (6) aufgespannt angeordnet ist, wobei die Flanschteile (7, 8) der Flanschstücke (3, 6) den Um­fangsrandbereich (9) der Durchgriffsöffnung (10) ab­deckend angeordnet sind.
