Claims (10)
- Dispositif de déchargement (9) pour le chariot (7) d'un élévateur oblique (1), qui est tiré par un câble et guidé sur des rails de guidage (2, 2') de l'élévateur oblique (1) et comporte une surface de chargement (10) pour le transport de matériaux de construction, le dispositif de déchargement (9), placé fixe dans la région supérieure de l'élévateur oblique (1), sur les rails de guidage (2, 2') de celui-ci, comportant une surface de réception (14), pouvant être relevée par le chariot (7) montant, tiré par un câble et automatiquement bloqué dans la position relevée au moyen d'un dispositif de verrouillage (22), de manière à ne pas pouvoir descendre, pour le transfert automatique des matériaux de construction, de la surface de chargement (10) du chariot (7) à la surface de réception (14) du dispositif de déchargement (9) et des moyens de retenue des matériaux de construction sur la surface de réception (14) du dispositif de déchargement (9) étant prévus sur le dispositif de déchargement, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la surface de réception (14) du dispositif de déchargement (9) prend appui sur les rails de guidage (2, 2'), par des bras oscillants (15, 15') formant une articulation de parallélogramme et est de hauteur variable, parallèlement aux rails de guidage (2, 2') ;b) les bras oscillants (15, 15') soutenant la surface de réception (14) vide sont inclinés vers le chariot montant, lorsque la surface de réception (14) est abaissée (flèche 16), et peuvent être relevés au maximum jusqu'à une position orthogonale aux rails de guidage (2, 2') ;c) à l'extrémité, tournée vers le chariot (7) montant, de la surface de réception (14) il est prévu des éléments de retenue (11, 11') (plaque de retenue 48) sur la face supérieure de la surface de réception (14), qui s'écartent automatiquement lors de l'entrée du chariot (7) et pivotent automatiquement dans la position de retenue après l'entrée du chariot (7) ou lorsque la surface de réception (14) est relevée ;d) le dispositif de déchargement (9) est fixé sur les rails de guidage (2, 2') de l'élévateur oblique (1), par un appui ajustable (portion de rail de hauteur variable) (26), placé sur les rails de guidage (2, 2') de l'élévateur oblique (1).
- Dispositif de déchargement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de réception (14) est constituée de deux plaques de support (23, 23') disposées dans une symétrie en miroir l'une par rapport à l'autre dont chacune est montée dans deux bras oscillants (15) et comporte, à l'extrémité tournée vers le chariot (7) montant, sur la face supérieure, un élément de retenue qui est conçu sous la forme d'un clapet pivotant avec articulation bloquée d'un côté.
- Dispositif de déchargement selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que sur la partie supérieure et sur le côté du rail de guidage (2, 2'), il est prévu des écarteurs (32, 33), entre le rail de guidage (2, 2') et la portion de rail (26).
- Dispositif de déchargement selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la portion de rail (26) est fixée sur le rail de guidage (2, 2'), au moyen d'un assemblage par serrage (34) amovible.
- Dispositif de déchargement selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est raccordé à la portion de rail (26), des pieds d'appui (35) amovibles qui servent à supporter les bras oscillants (15).
- Dispositif de déchargement selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans la région des pieds d'appui (35), des tôles de maintien (36) soudées avec le dispositif de déchargement (9), qui passant, à la manière d'une fourche empêchant le déplacement, sur une traverse (37) reliant deux rails de guidage (2, 2') voisins.
- Dispositif de déchargement sel on la revendication 1 ou l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des limiteurs de pivotement (38) sur au moins un bras oscillant (15).
- Dispositif de déchargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (11') est une tringlerie de pivotement (43 à 51) reliée à au moins un bras oscillant (15') et actionnée par ce bras oscillant (15').
- Dispositif de déchargement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la tringlerie de pivotement (43 à 51) est montée d'une part pivotante sur un bras oscillant (15') et d'autre part tournante sur la surface de réception (14).
- Dispositif de déchargement selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la tringlerie de pivotement (43 à 51) comporte, sur son côté tourné vers le chariot (7), des plaques de retenue (48) pivotant latéralement.
