Abstract

Mit Hilfe von Kalluskulturen die auf aminosäurefreiem Nährmedium wachsen können und regenerationsfähig sind, können auf inhibitorhaltigen Nährmedien Zellinien selektiert werden, die zu Kulturpflanzen regeneriert werden können und über Generationen gegenüber dem betreffenden Inhibitor resistent sind. Zellsuspensionskulturen führen unter diesen Bedingungen ebenfalls zu inhibitorresistenten Zellinien.
